About this game
Reap souls. Open the portal. Extract or risk it all
A skill-based bullet heaven where every battle is a fast harvest. You are a Soul Reaper. Endless spirits flood the realms, dodge them, reap them, and decide just how greedy you can afford to be.
The portal decision
Partway through every battle, a portal opens. Souls you've reaped before the portal are yours forever. Souls after it are unstable. Extract through the portal and you keep them all, die and you lose only the recent harvest. How long can you stay before the swarm overtakes you?
Become Stronger
Spend the extracted souls in a permanent skill tree of dark powers. Return stronger. Beat the level. Move to the next, harder one. Hit a wall, upgrade through it, push on.

Play Anywhere. Reap Everywhere.
Hi reapers,I wanted to talk about the ways to play the game:You can play with keyboard + mouse (WASD to move, Left click to select thing)And even only keyboard (every UI menu should be navigatable with WASD + select without mouse) But the game is optimized to also play perfectly with controller and Steam deck. Personally, it's been the most enjoying way to play it, it's so fun! Some of the features:Clean, intuitive gamepad controls built for fast reactionsSmooth performance on Steam Deck (stable framerate, quick loads)Short, addictive runs that fit perfectly in handheld sessionsUI tuned to stay clear and readable on smaller screensIt’s been carefully optimized so whether you’re at your desk or playing on the go, the experience stays smooth, responsive, and satisfying.Hope you enjoy it in your favourite way of gaming!Read full article on Community Announcements (sucador)Patch NotesOfficial
Quality of Life Patch
Hi all,Thanks for playing and for the bug reports! Soon we'll be communicating more about our plans and future, stay tunned! This patch covers a round of balance improvements, quality of life changes, and several bug fixes.BALANCE & ENHANCEMENTS:General:Difficulty now ramps up faster across levels. The intent of continuing to stay in a level after portal opens is to have a risk / reward of staying longer vs securing the level beaten.Increased soul rewards of level 2 and 3. Now level 2 grants 30 souls and level 3 grants 100.To compensate for the increased rewards, some higher level talents have increased in price. If you have already purchased them, then you got a bargain!Portals now take 5 seconds longer to open: 35s on levels 1 and 2, 40s on level 3.UI:In battle you can see Dash cooldown icons and the time to spawn a new bomb.Maxed-out nodes now are shown more differently than not affordable ones.Added links to Discord and the Feedback formAdded in-game panel to show patch notesBUG FIXES:General:Massive performance improvement. FPS should now be much more stable and performance-related crashes should no longer occur. Please report if you still experience any performance issues.Levels 4 and 5 were not intended to be playable, but they were. Now they are not (for now!)Fixed Reporting Bugs screen not loading correctly and changed reporting button from F5 to F2. Fixed navigation on the Reporting Bugs screen (WASD now works correctly). In Process:Some users have reported a crash on the Game Over screen when beating a level. I haven’t been able to reproduce it, but I’ve made some changes which hope will fix it Thanks for the continued feedback. More updates soon!Read full article on Community Announcements (sucador)
