About this game

FROM SLAB TO SHINE
Concrete Polishing Simulator is a hands-on, first-person simulation about transforming rough, damaged concrete into clean, polished, decorative floors.
Step into the boots of a professional concrete polisher, operate real-world-inspired equipment, and complete every stage of the floor-finishing process yourself.
Every floor begins unfinished. What it becomes depends on your tools, your technique, and the work you put into it.
DEVELOPED BY A CONCRETE POLISHER
Concrete Polishing Simulator is being developed by someone with real hands-on experience in the concrete polishing trade.
The tools, terminology, workflow, and progression are inspired by the processes used to turn unfinished concrete into a professional floor—from initial preparation and grinding to edge work, polishing, and sealing.
The goal is to capture the satisfying rhythm of the trade while keeping the experience approachable, visual, and rewarding.
TRANSFORM EVERY FLOOR
Concrete polishing is a process. Every job requires multiple stages, and every stage leaves a visible result.
Clear the work area, prepare the slab, grind the rough concrete, refine the floor through multiple passes, polish it to a clean finish, and seal the surface to complete the job.
Watch the slab transform beneath your tools as dull, unfinished concrete becomes smooth, refined, and reflective—one pass at a time.
DO THE WORK YOURSELF
This is not a menu-based job simulator. You are on the floor operating the equipment.
Push larger floor machines across open sections, use a hand grinder to reach edges and tighter areas, change tooling as the job progresses, and carefully cover the entire work area.
Different tools serve different purposes, and completing a professional floor means knowing when and where to use each one.
FOLLOW THE FLOOR-FINISHING PROCESS
Work through a real-world-inspired concrete finishing workflow that includes:
Surface preparation and cleanup
Grinding and cutting
Edge and detail work
Honing
Polishing
Staining
Sealing and finishing
Tooling changes for different stages
Complete floor coverage
Each stage contributes to the finished result and moves the contract closer to completion.
BUILD YOUR BUSINESS
Begin with smaller jobs, prove the quality of your work, and build your reputation as a concrete polishing contractor.
Complete contracts, earn money and reputation, improve your standing, and work toward larger residential, commercial, and industrial opportunities.
Your company name is on every job, so every floor counts.

Hey everyone,This is the first official update here, and I just wanted to say thank you to anyone who has found the page, wishlisted the game, followed along, or even just taken a look.Concrete Polishing Simulator is very much still being worked on, and I’ve been building out the foundation for what I want this game to become: a satisfying, hands-on simulator focused on transforming rough concrete into clean, polished floors. There is still a lot more to show, and some big things are coming as development continues. I’ll be sharing more updates, screenshots, progress, and behind-the-scenes looks as the game moves forward. If you’re interested in the project, please consider wishlisting, following the page, and telling a friend who might be into simulator games, construction/trade games, or oddly satisfying transformation gameplay. Thanks again for checking out Concrete Polishing Simulator.Stay tuned.
