  Information Briefing – 1 Day Before Launch of “Worthy or not”

  First of all, thank you to all our friends who have followed and supported us for a long time. Over the past two-plus years, our products haven’t improved noticeably, yet you’ve all been so generous and forgiving. We really appreciate your patience, haha. It’s just that we didn’t have the budget to upgrade.It has been half a year since our last game, "Back 3". Why did it take so long? Because we were broke. "Back 3" also fell far short of our own expectations. After that, the studio went from barely breaking even to completely running out of funds.Fortunately, at the end of 2025, we found a partner willing to fund small-budget projects. That’s how “Worthy or not” came about, along with several other small-scale titles planned for this year. The catch, however, was that we had to produce multiple AI manga-style interactive novel games. That’s why we’ve released a few such titles already, with more on the way. Long story short, we’re just trying to survive.Now, back to the main topic: “Worthy or not”.The project was actually a last-minute idea. I often come across dating videos on short-video platforms, and they leave me feeling both amused and helpless. The stories clash heavily with my own values, making them hilarious to watch — especially when some participants act arrogant and entitled. My inner thought is always: Really? Are you good enough?. Yet even as I laugh at them, I’m reminded of my own past, which leaves me feeling resigned. It’s not heartbreaking, but I’ve been through some pretty miserable experiences myself.Back in college, I dated a girl, and I was serious about marrying her. After graduation, since my family was ordinary, I planned to work hard for a few years, save up, get my family to chip in for a down payment, and slowly pay off a mortgage for an apartment.
