21/7/2026 Minor update & progress report

New contentAdded a sandbox mode where you can practice against enemies you've met, as requested. (bosses not included, for now)Enemies hit with the Poweraxe's electric waves will apply an electrified status to the target enemy.(also by request to make the weapon more interesting. Currently has no effect, but this will be amended soon...) Bug fixesLots of miscellaneous stuff. Notable changes to the heatsink rocket to make it fly better, and getting the starcrusher to pierce through enemies more consistently. The Snapdragon boss's roars won't shake the screen as much.AREA 2 PROGRESS REPORT This stuff isn't in the game yet! ....yet!Alright. The next new level is almost done. I plan to release this as a standalone update, as I have my GCSE O levels this year and I really need to study. The content I've made for the new level is quite substantial, which will hopefully keep you, players, interested in the game's development.... Level screenshots! There's more... but it's going to be a surprise.

    12/6/2026 Cluckanator Boss Revamp

New content:completely changed the way Mission 5: Nowhere plays out. The Cluckanator now has a punish meter that fills when you stay too close to it. Upon being filled, the boss will use an unparryable laser attack. Gave the Cluckanator a lot more aura. No, he will not be reconstructed. He is dead.Bug fixes:Fixed a bug where the Starcrusher's mace mode could do astronomical amounts of damage with a counterattack. Fixed a bug where parrying a hit from the Snapdragon boss would give you two counter-attacks. Fixed a bug where the pickup for the Heatsink equipment was invisible. With this out of the way, I am able to resume work on mission one of Area 2: The Great Deep. If progress is steady, you'll be able to play one new mission by the end of June! :3~Kiakkers

    7/6/2026 Minor content update

New content:Added the Brazier, a new foe found in mission 4, Scrap Mountain. They are extremely aggressive, flamethrower-weilding Scrappers that will burn not just you, but anything hit by their flames. Revamped the Impaler, giving it a fresh model, matching the game's graphical standards. The behaviour of this enemy has also been modified to be fairer, with it only using its grab attack when you run from it. Bug fixes:Fixed all issues related to parrying. This better be the last time I do this.Fixed issues regarding every noise in the game being played all at once when the game is loaded for the first time. Fixed a bug where oil particles could send you extremely high into the sky. Fixed a bug where swapping to another weapon while the animation of one was still playing would cause your camera to be stuck in a weird angle.(There's probably more that I didn't remember)Gameplay changes:HITSTOP IS BACK, with more visual effects, audio, and game juice. Reduced score requirement for obtaiing 100% for missions 2, 3, and 4 greatly, so it's actually possible to get 100% for these missions. Added death sounds for all enemies. Weapon / equipment changes:The Starcrusher's Mace mode now uses Battery instead of its own charge. When swung, the Starcrusher will no longer send you into a downward slam, but will consume all Battery and send you flying forward, piercing through most enemies until your dash ends. The starcrusher will not deal damage based on your speed anymore. enjoy!!!!!!!!! ~Kiakkers :3
