V2.2.4: Update 2.2.4 — Gear 3.0 & The Deep Clean
Update 2.2.4 — Gear 3.0 & The Deep Clean I spent the last month doing something unglamorous: auditing the entire game, system by system, and fixing what I found. What came out of it is bigger than a bugfix pass. Gear works on one honest power budget, pushing Endless Depth finally pays, every set and legendary has a real mechanic, combat got the quality-of-life it was missing, and thousands of lines of text across 8 languages now tell you the truth about what the numbers actually do. 💎 Gear 3.0 — one power budget Rarity used to be the only axis of power: a legendary was worth roughly 390× a common of the same item level. That made item level — the thing you earn by playing — nearly meaningless. • Every item is now built from one formula — base stats × item-level budget × rarity. A full legendary set is about ×2.8 over a full common set (it was ×25), and a common 8 item levels higher beats a legendary. Deep farming finally pays. • Rarity still matters — wider stat rolls and, above all, more affixes. • Armor no longer saturates. Damage reduction is now measured against the attacker's attack instead of a fixed number, so armor means the same thing at item level 5 and item level 500. • Luck, Accuracy and Spirit are real stats now. Luck boosts drop chance and can bump a drop up a rarity step; Accuracy is rollable and enemies gained evasion to contest it; Spirit powers every class's abilities, not just spells and heals. • Two-handed weapons are compensated for the off-hand they cost you: +90% to their own stats and a bonus affix — and the comparison tooltip now subtracts the off-hand you'd lose, instead of pretending a 2H is always an upgrade. • Rings are slot-agnostic. A ring goes into whichever ring slot is free, so late-game rings stop fighting each other over one slot. ♻️ A new loot loop: Salvage → Essence → Reroll • Salvage any piece of gear for Arcane Essence, scaled by rarity and item level. • Reroll an affix at the Ancient Forge — it rerolls both the stat and its r...Read full article on Community Announcements (haRmoniii)AnnouncementsOfficial
V1.2.4: Balance Overhaul & Fixes
Update 1.2.4 — Balance Overhaul & Fixes A big one. This update fixes the scaling that was breaking high-level characters (billion-point stats, runaway upgrade costs, near-invincibility), makes a whole batch of buildings and skills actually do what they promise, and adds an item-level leaderboard. Thank you for all the reports. ⚖️ Balance & scalingCharacter stats no longer explode at high item level. Gear above its rarity's item-level cap now adds power on a smooth, bounded curve instead of running away into the billions.Percentage stats now use diminishing returns. Crit, evasion, accuracy and attack speed approach their caps gradually — every point of the underlying stat keeps helping, and nothing overshoots.Damage resistance caps at 90%. No more accidental invincibility — you (and enemies) always take at least some damage.Gear upgrade costs fixed. The old formula spiraled into quadrillions (and even overflowed into negative numbers) at high item level. Costs now scale sanely with item level and your upgrade investment, and materials scale too. 🏛️ Buildings that now actually workArchitect's Tower now really gives +10% production to all buildings.Hall of Legends now really grants its prestige-point bonus.Eternal Monument now actually persists through prestige (its whole point).Ancient Forge's production-speed bonus works, and its tooltip now states it's required to upgrade gear.Training Ground's bonus combat damage and Watchtower's second effect (now +attack speed) finally do something.Building names and descriptions are now translated in all 8 languages, with corrected, up-to-date numbers. ✨ Skills that now actually workSeveral skills were silently running at a fraction of their listed power (a scaling bug) — Master Builder, Raid Commander, Bulk Trading and others now deliver their full bonus.Golden Veins and Midas Touch now boost gold from ALL sources (production, idle, raids), not just clicks.Industrial Synergy, Defender, Legacy Knowledge and Accelerated Start now...Read full article on Community Announcements (hRm)Patch NotesOfficial
V1.1.4: Quality of Life & Fixes
🐛 FixesAchievements now unlock correctly (including on Steam). Raid achievements weren't tracking combat raids at all — they do now, and any you'd already earned will unlock the moment you load your save.Mana no longer starves your casters — you start every raid with full mana, and mana steadily regenerates during the fight for all classes.Warrior in-combat HP regen is now meaningful instead of a rounding error.Endless Depth in Elite now progresses on its own ladder — clearing elite depths unlocks the next rung properly.Victory loot list scrolls, so a big haul can never push the Continue button off-screen. ⚔️ Combat & RaidsYour last Trials loadout is remembered per raid — mods and depth are pre-filled, so you can re-run instantly.Elite is now available on random-encounter raids (Dungeon Depths and friends), with tougher foes and better loot. 🎒 Quality of lifePotion clutter, sorted — selecting a potion now shows a Delete (this stack) and a Delete All (every potion) button. No more clicking one at a time.Class Oath prestige node now grants +20% class ability power (on top of keeping your class) — no longer a dead pick.Scroll position is remembered — the raid list and the Endless leaderboards no longer snap back to the top when you come back or pick a dungeon.Read full article on Community Announcements (hRm)Patch NotesOfficial

V1.1.2: The Endless Update — Raids Reborn
The Endless Update — Raids Reborn A big one. Raids are no longer something you "beat" — they're something you push. New endless depth, real combat mechanics, an elite difficulty tier, leaderboards, a reworked economy, and a long list of fixes from your feedback. Thank you — keep it coming. ⚔️ Endless Depth — push your raidsEvery combat raid now has an Endless Depth ladder. Pick a depth before the raid: enemies scale up, loot gets better (higher item level + rewards), and you can only attempt one rung beyond your best clear. There's always a wall to push against.Raids auto-scale to your power so a cleared raid never becomes a total faceroll — and the deeper you go, the more it demands. 🩸 Real combat mechanics (no more HP sponges)Enemies — especially bosses and deep/elite content — now fight back with mechanics that scale with you, so even a tanky character has to react: Enrage — attack ramps up over the fight, so you can't just outlast itBoss phases — bosses go berserk at low HPShields — must be burst through before HPLifesteal & Regen — out-DPS them or they heal back upPoison — damage over time that ignores armorThorns — reflects part of your hits back at you 12 flagship bosses got their own signature mechanics. Deep raids auto-layer these on as you climb. 🔥 Elite ("Mythic") raids, reworkedElite is now a distinct harder tier, not just bigger numbers: tougher multipliers, and every elite enemy carries combat mechanics (bosses more).Better rewards: +2 item levels on drops, a baked-in bonus affix chance, and 2.5× gold & XP.Endless Elite — push depth on elite raids too, for the best gear in the game.Fixed a bug where elite raids were dropping the normal loot table instead of the elite one (on some raids ~9× worse drops). Elite now drops what it should. 🏅 Leaderboards expandedNew Endless and Endless Elite leaderboards — a separate depth ranking for every dungeon, with your personal record always shown. 🎮 Combat quality of lifeAbility hotkeys Q / W / E / R / T are now sho...Read full article on Community Announcements (hRm)
