  Major UI Overhaul (Again) & Animation Bug Fixes

  Hello, SUITE players! New UI I've brought a new window-style workstation UI. Say goodbye to the cramped vertical layout. Horizontal is the way to go. Plus, you can now bring your favorite workstation to the front and mute workstations you don't need to hear. Bug Fixes - Fixed a bug where card bounce animations would sometimes fail to play even at low game speeds.

Norma targets have been adjusted to match the overall chip inflation, and we've improved how numbers are displayed.
