Some UI bug fixes and manual editing of keyboard controls in a text file are part of this quick patchKeyboard controls can be manually edited in the "controls.txt" file that gets created when running this version of the game for the first time and can be found in :\\Users\\ \\AppData\\Roaming\\OnlyOne\\Only One\\Documents (doing the in game UI for this will take some time to do for this and won't be available soon but for now you have some control over keyboard commands)Rightmouse button 'move to' can be turned off in the 'controls.txt' to revert back to stopping when letting go of the right mouse button for movementSmall deadzone has been added for mouse movement close to the characterFixed Trial target scores for 21 sentinels , 10 imperial soldiers and 8 red slimes adjustedFixed ui issue with daily sacrifice menu, character select, and hitting pause while selecting new powers when you first get themSharpened the look of the pillar and small changes with the clouds to make them a bit thickerRead full article on Community Announcements (RebelMeat)Patch NotesOfficial

This is the first patch and fixes some minor issues and changes the right mouse button move to ‘go to click’ making it easier to move without having to hold the right mouse button instead of stopping when letting go. keyboard movement is still there but it's not advertised in the controls diagram. Gamepad and mouse movement gives the most fluid control for movement and is the best way to play the game, but I still want to keep keyboard controls for those who prefer it. I debated removing the ability to click the abilities with the mouse manually, but since some people will play with keyboard movement they may prefer to use the mouse to trigger the abilities instead of the keyboard.Right mouse button click moves to locationSimplified controls diagram (remove focus on arrow/wasd movement)Iron Bolt slightly easier and Tower Knight faster and more aggressiveUI changes to progress barShow ability keyboard keys as guide when equipping new abilitiesFixed UX issues with daily sacrifice menuRemoved pesky skeleton archer who also had a shieldRead full article on Community Announcements (RebelMeat)AnnouncementsOfficial
Only One is finally out!
Fixing bugs till 10 am this morning and finally hitting the release button. It's been 8 months since I announced releasing Only One on Steam and it's finally out. Fixing old and new bugs, adding new enemies and 2 new bosses plus reworking existing abilities and spending way too long making sure the game supported controllers as well functioning on steamdeck. It's done. Please forgive me if the game still looks a bit dated, it's on an old engine that doesn't get much love and it's what I have to work with. If there are any issues please report them.If you are enjoying the game please leave a review. The more support this game gets from the community the more time I can put into it and yes there is still more that can be added. I still have achievements to do!Thank you all for the support and sticking around till release, I wish I could have gotten it to you soonerErnestRead full article on Community Announcements (RebelMeat)
