User Hiring/Firing Added (Can be toggled on/off) Job Security Score Calculation It is a composite score (0–100) calculated using several weighted factors: Record vs. Expectations (40%): How your actual win percentage compares to what was expected of your team. Recent Performance (30%): How the team has performed in the most recent games. Recruiting (15%): The quality of your recent recruiting classes. Tournament Performance (15%): How well you perform in tournaments. Prestige Penalty: If you coach a high-prestige team (prestige > 70), you face a penalty because these programs have less patience for mediocrity.
