The internet is young, wild, and overflowing with easy money. You are a shadow behind a monitor. Your goal is simple: earn enough cash to buy a one‑way ticket and disappear forever on a tropical island. How you get there? That depends entirely on your conscience… and the speed of your modem.
SCAMMER ’99 is a digital hustler simulator wrapped in the aesthetics of late‑90s operating systems.
