About this game

No microtransactions. No ads. This is a solo developer passion project, and that will never change. I hope you have a blast - even offline.

10-Man Idle is a guild management idle RPG where you recruit, equip, and command a roster of adventurers. Assign heroes to gather resources, craft gear, run dungeons, or tackle epic raids - then watch your guild thrive or return later to find your progress waiting.

Build Your Roster Choose from 11 distinct classes - Warriors, Paladins, Mages, Rogues, Priests, and more - each filling a Tank, Healer, or DPS role. The right composition is key to conquering the toughest content.

Master the Professions Work 11 professions across gathering and crafting. Mine, harvest, fish, then smelt, brew, cook, and enchant your way to powerful gear - each with 8-10 tiers to master.

Conquer Dungeons & Raids Send parties into dangerous dungeons for rare drops and guild experience. When ready, tackle hour-long raids for legendary gear.

Idle Progression That Respects Your Time Your guild works while you're away - up to 8 hours of offline progress. Return to a full inventory and a stronger team.

Deep Equipment & Achievements Hundreds of items across five rarity tiers. Craft them, loot them, or hunt class-specific legendary weapons and armor. A comprehensive achievement system tracks your milestones across every aspect of the game.

Build the ultimate guild - one hero at a time.

    1.3.1 Release Available Soon

====================================== 10-Man Idle - Release Notes Version: release.v1.3.1 Platform: Windows & macOS======================================NEW FEATURE - HURRY-CLICK COMBOS--------------------------------* Chain 10 hurry clicks in a row (within 2 seconds of each other) and the combo-completing click grants a bonus +10 seconds of progress to the character you clicked, with a celebration burst.* A streak counter appears once you reach x3 so you can see the combo building. Clicks on any character count toward the streak.* Hurry clicks work on solo activities: gathering, crafting, and questing. Dungeon and raid bars cannot be hurried since they represent a shared party run.NEW FEATURE - BONUS FINDS & RALLY ASSISTS-----------------------------------------* While your characters gather, keep an eye on the action panel: clickable bonus finds occasionally appear - gold pouches and material bundles. Hover to see the reward, click to collect. Up to two can be on screen at once, and they fade away after a short while if ignored. Missing one costs nothing.* If your bank is full, a material bundle pays out gold instead, so a pickup is never wasted.* During dungeon and raid combat encounters, a Rally prompt can appear. Clicking it boosts that run's success chance by 2%, up to +10% per run.* Pickups are a live-play bonus: they don't appear during offline catch-up and don't carry across save slots.NEW FEATURE - WEAPON PROFICIENCY--------------------------------* Each class now has native weapon types (e.g. casters favor staves, wands, daggers, and swords; tanks favor swords, axes, maces, and shields). Wielding a weapon outside your class's specialty grants only HALF its combat power.* Off-class weapons are clearly marked in tooltips and item lists, showing the reduced value you would actually get.* BiS Equip understands proficiency and will prefer a weaker native weapon over a stronger off-class one when it results in more effective combat power.* Class-locked items a...

    pre-release beta v1.16.14 - Steam Cloud Saves coming 7/14/26

====================================== 10-Man Idle - Patch Notes - Important save game information below. Version: beta.1.16.14 Release date 7/14/26 Platform: Windows & macOS feature update======================================NEW FEATURE: STEAM CLOUD SAVES------------------------------* Your save slots now sync to Steam Cloud automatically. Quit the game on one computer and pick up right where you left off on another - including between Windows and Mac.* Nothing changes about how the game saves on your computer. Your local save files and the automatic backup system keep working exactly as before; the cloud is an extra copy on top, not a replacement.* Custom character portraits travel with your save too, so an imported portrait shows up on every computer you play on.* Syncing happens when the game launches and when it exits. There is nothing to set up - if Steam Cloud is enabled in your Steam client (it is by default), it just works. You can turn it off per-game under Properties > General > Steam Cloud if you prefer local-only saves.IMPORTANT - IF YOU PLAY ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER------------------------------------------------- The very first time each computer syncs, Steam makes the cloud copy the master. In practice: the first computer you play on after this update uploads its saves, and the next computer you play on will RECEIVE those saves - replacing what is in the same slots on that computer, without asking. If you keep DIFFERENT playthroughs on different computers under the same Steam account, do these two things BEFORE the update: 1. Decide which computer's saves should become the master copy, and make sure the games you care about are in the slots you want. 2. Make a manual backup of your saves on EVERY computer you play on (instructions below). It only takes a minute. After the first sync on each computer, normal conflict handling takes over: if two computers ever disagree, Steam shows a dialog and lets you choose which copy to keep.HOW TO MAKE A MANUAL ...

    Version: beta.1.15.14

====================================== 10-Man Idle - Patch Notes Version: beta.1.15.14 Platform: Windows & macOS feature update======================================NEW FEATURE: KEEP CONSUMABLES EQUIPPED--------------------------------------* You can now keep a character's Flask and Food slots stocked automatically. First equip the exact Flask or Food you want to use, then tick the small "keep equipped" checkbox next to that slot on the character screen. From then on the character keeps using that same consumable over and over until it runs out - no more re-equipping it after every run.* When the box is checked and the consumable is used up at the end of a run, an identical one (the same item you had equipped) is pulled from the guild bank and re-equipped for the next run.* Works for every activity that uses these consumables: solo quests (including the auto-repeat loop), dungeons, and raids - each between auto-restarts.* It draws from your existing stock and keeps spending one per run, just like equipping by hand does today - it only removes the clicking. When the bank runs out, the slot shows "Out of stock" and the checkbox stays checked; it refills on its own the moment you craft or buy more. The checkbox is per character and per slot, raid-wide Feasts and Cauldrons are unchanged, and a consumable you set by hand is never overwritten.NEW FEATURE: HURRY ACTIVITIES-----------------------------* You can now speed up a solo activity by clicking (or tapping) its progress bar. Each click adds 0.25 seconds of progress to that task, so impatient players can nudge a gather, craft, or quest toward completion instead of waiting on the idle timer.* Works on every screen that shows a solo task progress bar: - The main action bar for the selected character. - Each character card in the roster panel. - The phone-layout action bar, roster, and mini-roster cards.* Full controller support: move the cursor over a progress bar and press A to apply a hurry, exactly like a mouse click...

    Betav1.14.14 - Bug patch

====================================== 10-Man Idle - Patch Notes Version: beta.1.14.14 Platform: Windows & macOS bug-fix patch======================================BUG FIXES (ALL PLATFORMS)-------------------------* Dungeon success chance now matches the estimate shown in the party panel. Previously the panel displayed one chance but the run secretly rolled a different (more lenient) one, so under-geared parties won far more often than the UI implied and well-geared parties won a little less. Dungeons now behave consistently with raids and quests.* Bulk-selling gear no longer removes the wrong item. When you owned two pieces that shared the same base item, selling by rarity (e.g. "Sell all Common") could destroy the higher-rarity piece while paying the lower price. Sales now remove the exact item you selected.* Fixed crafting materials (and gold) staying reserved/locked after a crafter was switched to gathering, questing, or pulled into a dungeon or raid. The reservation is now refunded immediately, so those resources are available again right away.* Offline progress is no longer mixed up between characters that share the same name. Rewards, skill XP, and level-ups are now attributed to the correct character even when two members have identical names.* Fixed a crash when using a controller while renaming a character. Giving any controller input during a rename brought up the on-screen keyboard, which was being drawn incorrectly and crashed the game. The on-screen keyboard now displays correctly for controller text entry.BUG FIXES (macOS)-----------------* The game now keeps idle progress accurate while the window is minimized or left in the background. macOS App Nap was throttling/suspending the game loop, so background time was effectively lost. On returning to the game, the time spent away is now credited through the offline-progress system (the offline summary appears for gaps of a minute or more), the same way returning from a fully closed game already worked.SA...
