About this game
Crack, mine, and sell valuable crystals as a hardened operator in this fast-paced incremental mining extraction roguelite.
Each run lets you build powerful in-run upgrades that shape your playstyle.
Earned currency fuels long-term, permanent progression through a deep upgrade tree.
Combat is fast and intense, with varied alien enemies that constantly pressure your positioning, resource management, and build choices.
You’ll face Telkar alien creatures of all sizes, some spit, some slash, some stomp! From small, fast-moving worm-like organisms to massive, spider-like aliens that dominate the battlefield. The Telkar are actively trying to protect the crystals you are extracting.
Upgrades are split into distinct categories, allowing for diverse playstyles:
Augmentations – Speed, dash abilities, oxygen efficiency, mobility upgrades and more.
Combat – Laser cooldowns and improvements, damage, grenades and mines, stuns, knockbacks, and various offensive modifiers.
Defense – Shields, health, armor, and various survivability boosts.
Mining – Backpack capacity, weight penalty reduction, deposit efficiency, and crystal handling, withdrawal upgrades and more.
Robotics – Automated drills, mining and combat drones, turrets, spinning blades, and various support machines.
Support – Airstrikes, bombing runs, chopper support, orbital assistance, mortars and much more.
Every venture is a calculated gamble but with upgrades each run gets easier and better - until you become the ultimate crystal cracker!

The Crystal Harvest: Apex Operator demo is now available!The demo has 2 playable maps and over 50 unlockable permanent upgrades! The demo features over 10 enemies with melee and ranged enemies thrown in! Can you survive the Telkar hordes and still find time to crack some crystals? The first map is a small area with limited crystals that guides you into the mechanics and setting of the game. Set on Iskur, a small golden planet with a decent amount of oxygen, it wont be much of a threat! However, step into Nyxara and things change fast! Limited oxygen, dangerous zones and hgordes of enemies swarm you fast! Can you still make a profit in these harsh conditions? Time will tell! The game demo has around 2-4 hours of gameplay now and serves as a good idea of what the full game will offer, but with alot of content limited or not available in the demo. Crystal Harvest: Apex Operator First Playtest Set!Crystal Harvest: Apex Operator has been in development for around three months now, and the game has come a long way.I’d like to announce the first public play test. You dont have to sign up for this one, the test will be an open and free build that will be playable on Itch and Steam. This version is still an early build, but will showcase what the game is all about. The core loop and many of the upgrade systems have been implemented and thoroughly tested and so its time to start showing them off. The game offers a full gameplay loop and around 1-3 hours of content right now. So, the play test is happening on the 17th of March and will run for one week.
