Explore a desolate world as a fire alicorn, using magic and light combat to uncover secrets and confront your past self. World without Time offers rich exploration and impactful decisions in an atmospheric RPG from Psyche Games.

About this game

World without Time is a third-person atmospheric adventure set in a ruined world frozen between the past and the future. These lands were once filled with light, warmth, and magic, but a catastrophe destroyed everything. Now only an endless frozen wasteland remains, covered in ash, ice, and silence.

You play as a fire alicorn (Lieris) — a lone wanderer who has lost their past. Your journey changes the moment you encounter a small version of yourself — Little Lieris. From that moment on, you must not only explore the world but also take care of the child who represents your own forgotten past.

Features

  • Exploration of a post-apocalyptic world.
Travel through ruined valleys, frozen forests, and abandoned structures. Each region contains fragments of the fallen civilization and pieces of a story you must uncover.

  • Flight and vertical gameplay.
Use your wings and magic to traverse large distances, soar above snowstorms, and descend into hard-to-reach places.

  • Magic and combat system.
Fight shadows of the past using fire spells, magical spears, charged attacks, and evasive maneuvers. The combat focuses on positioning, timing, and ranged abilities.

  • Care system for Little Lieris.
Little Lieris travels with you. You must protect her, calm her, help her, teach her, and make choices that shape her character. The way you treat her determines who she becomes and whether she will be able to help you during crucial moments of the story. This system directly affects the game's ending.

  • Story based on player choice.
Your decisions shape the story, the child's attitude toward you, and the world around you. There are no right or wrong choices — only actions and consequences.

  • Multiple endings.
The ending depends on your decisions, the way you cared for Lieris, and the secrets you uncovered throughout your journey.

  • Atmospheric presentation.
The game focuses on mood, silence, loneliness, and emotion. Wind, snow, fire, music, and light work together to create a meditative, immersive atmosphere of a destroyed world.

World description

These lands were once full of life, joy, and magic. But the world collapsed, leaving behind only a grey wasteland, ash, and lost memories. You are a fire alicorn wandering through a ruined world, searching for answers to a question too frightening to ask.

Everything changes when you meet the one you once were — Little Lieris. She is vulnerable, frightened, and dependent on you. By caring for her, you care for yourself. By uncovering the world’s mystery, you uncover your own.

Can you protect her?
Can you accept the truth when it finally appears?
Can you find hope in a world where time has stopped?
