  A Message to the Community

  Hi everyone,it has been an exciting first half of 2026 for us and we want to say thank you to the community!Bird Game 3 has been a wild ride, ups and downs, but in the end we are proud of what we accomplished in such short amounts of time. Bird Game 3 was the first commercial release for us as a team and we learned a lot on the journey.However there are still some things that did not work out as well as we had hoped. Reviews have been mixed due to different expactations from you guys. This is partly our fault, since we did not communicate with you enough during the development phase and also because in the end, the project was probably too ambitious for the little time we had. Unfortunately, Bird Game 3 did not generate enough income to let us provide further content for you, which is why we will be focusing on other projects right now.We also miscalculated the price for the game, and even with the release discount, you guys told us it was too expensive. We heard that and will reduce the price accordingly. Please understand, that we can't provide BG3 completely free of charge, since as an online game, it will produce running costs on our side. Now there is only one thing left, and that is: THANKS for the craziest 6 months of our developer career! What a crazy trend this was. And one last thing: we believe that the Bird Game phenomenon is one of a kind and we are really excited about the other Bird Games that are being cooked right now. Some of you pointed out Birds of War (quite fiercly you might say xD) but there is also a smaller but very lovely project from our friends at Woodfinch who are developing OUTHATCHED.   NEWS regarding current state of development, content and release!

  Hey everyone! Sorry we kept you in the dark for so long, it’s been a busy couple of weeks! Some already have speculated if we are even working on the game or not, don’t worry we have been getting a lot of things done! First of all, we watched you play and analyzed the next fest and demo and realized that the current state of the game had a few problems. One of them were empty servers and gamemodes generally not being very fun to play with less than 5 players. We also intended for people to play mainly with their friends, but the way the hosting and joining of games worked, this just wasn’t clear enough. But what we also saw was that the overall chaos, the voice chat and gamemodes like the race were very well received and generally pretty fun. People also liked exploring the map and the feeling of the flight mechanic, but wished for abilities that would give this whole thing a bit more depth. We heard your feedback and decided that the best way to address those issues would be a slight shift of the main focus that concentrates on playing with friends and an experience that is optimized for 4 players. WHAT IS NEW?? We focused on a single and more Bird Game-true mode. Introducing: Eagle vs. Ravens - a completely overhauled egg-hunt mode! Eagle vs. Ravens is an asymmetric game mode, where one of you gets to play as a mighty (and quite overpowered) eagle, while the rest of the players is playing as mischievous little ravens, trying to steal the eagles eggs to throw them into lava pits (quite mean, but the eagle had it coming). The ravens need to steal enough eggs, before they run out of time or respawns. With that comes another widely requested feature: Abilities! Ravens, generally slower than the eagle, get a speed-boost-poop ability, accelerating them to Mach-F*ck, to escape the eagles' broken One-Shot-Pluck. The Eagle on the other hand gets a scan-like eagle eye ability, highlighting all eggs on the map, revealing any raven who is currently on the run with a precious ...

  Demo Live Now!

  Good news everyone!We have been working on something important for the last few days… and it’s nothing less than the official Demo of Bird Game 3! The Demo is going live RIGHT NOW! And with it come a few new modes that you guys can try out, including:Egg Hunt: Find the hidden egg on the map and collect it before the other birds do!Zone Control: Fly into the zones and pluck every bird which tries to get into it!Egg Scatter: Claim as many eggs in as little time as possible!Also: Ranks! Track your progress by leveling up and gain XP from each round and beating your friends in BvB (Bird vs Bird)!Just like the Playtest, we will be updating the demo progressively until release! Be sure to leave us your feedback so we can improve the game over time! We are well aware that the game is not perfect as of now, but we are insanely proud of what we pulled off in the limited time we were having and we hope that you will be having a good time with the game! At this point, thanks to everyone who followed us on this journey, your patience and for testing and giving feedback!   Bird Game 3 Public Playtest now available for everyone!

  Hello Flock!It is finally time! A new playtest is available for Bird Game 3! New Gamemodes!This playtest finally introduces actually gameplay! We like to show you the two modes we've been cooking up for you:First up: RaceIn the Race Gamemode you try to reach the finish line before everyone else while avoiding the dangerous obstacles! Avoid other birds and try to pluck them before they reach the finish!The second one: Free For AllIn this mode its ultimate carnage - whoever gets the most kills, wins. No rules, just flocking chaos.Please remember, that this is still a very early build and you may experience bugs.
