In Sip Or Die, you navigate a psychological horror party environment, making split-second decisions as you gamble with life at the vial wheel. Can you outsmart the Overseer and survive?
About this game

Sip Or Die is a psychological horror death game built for 4‑player online multiplayer. Four kidnapped strangers awaken in a sealed ritual chamber, abducted by a sadistic antagonist known only as The Pigman. With no memory of how they arrived and no knowledge of each other, they are forced to compete in a lethal drinking game where survival depends on chance, strategy, and cruelty.
The chamber itself is possessed, bathed in red light, and ruled by a demonic entity known as The Overseer. Emerging from the wall with shifting facial animations, The Overseer reacts in real time to the unfolding ritual. The Pigman enforces its will, filling vials and triggering the wheel as commanded.
Sip Or Die is a high‑tension psychological party horror. On each round, you will gamble with life itself. As the ritual progresses, pressure escalates as players betray, manipulate, and watch alliances collapse. Constant psychological tension defines the experience.
The Pigman is always present, obeying The Overseer and enforcing the ritual. He fills the vials, spins the wheel, and ensures the rules are followed. The danger comes from both the environment and the other players: poisoned drinks, revolvers, electric chairs, and Pigman‑controlled roulette events ensure no one is safe.
The Overseer's Satisfaction
You earn Satisfaction by performing actions during a round that help you win. For example, guessing the correct number at the wheel pleases The Overseer, rewarding you with more Satisfaction. Satisfaction caps at 100, so spend it wisely in The Overseer's Perk Shop. Don't worry, you'll keep earning more throughout the match.
The Overseer's Perk Shop
When you have enough of The Overseer's satisfaction you can purchase perks with it by interacting with The Overseer, such as asking for which number to choose when spinning the wheel, or having your heart rate bpm lowered enabling you to perform better in certain actions.
At the heart of the ritual are the vials. Some contain water, others poison, and others trigger brutal outcomes. Players interact with the vial wheel and the Wheel of Fortune, both operated by the Pigman under the Overseer’s gaze. These items dictate the flow of the game, shifting power and forcing unpredictable results.
Each player begins with two hearts, representing their lives. Survival means protecting those hearts while targeting others. Strategic betrayals, shifting alliances, and direct player targeting are all part of the cycle. Every decision carries weight, and the psychological pressure never lets up.

The game takes place in a possessed, red‑lit ritual chamber. The Overseer’s demonic face is embedded in the wall, animated and alive, feeding on fear and choice.

• Multiplayer (4 Players): Online death game where real players compete simultaneously. Dynamic alliances, betrayals, and unpredictable targeting define the experience. Only one survivor escapes.
• Singleplayer: Face off against AI-controlled survivors in a bot lobby. Sharpen your skills, learn the rules, and survive against intelligent opponents before stepping into multiplayer.
You are never alone. In multiplayer, you battle other survivors. In singleplayer, AI-controlled opponents fill the chamber, creating the same tense social experience without requiring other players.

🛠️ Sip or Die → Patch Notes #2
The latest Sip or Die Playtest Update is ready, download it now. This update includes a wide range of fixes and improvements. We truly appreciate your patience as we addressed everything the community flagged. With your feedback, we identified issues affecting core gameplay. Here's the breakdown of what we fixed. 🗣️ VOICE CHAT NEW: Voice chat. Talk to the other players in the lobby and during a match. It is open mic, so there is no key to hold. Voices come from each player's seat, so someone across the table sounds further away than the player beside you. Characters move their mouths while their player is speaking. - A speaker icon shows who is talking: beside their name in the lobby, above their head in a match, and in the corner of your own screen while your microphone is live. Voice chat volume and microphone sensitivity are both in settings, and apply immediately. Voice defaults to 400 percent because the engine's own voice playback is very quiet, and the slider goes up to 600. Microphone sensitivity controls how easily your mic opens. Raise it if the starts and ends of your words are being cut off, lower it if your keyboard is being transmitted. The game uses your Windows default communications device as its microphone. The MICROPHONE row in settings opens the Windows sound panel where that is chosen. 😈 FACES Fixed: facial expressions were not playing at all in the packaged game. Terror when someone aims at you, the shock of electrocution, the drink reaction, the underwater scream and the talking mouth were all silently doing nothing outside the editor. Faces now animate as intended. 🧩 CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION Skin painting accuracy overhaul. Paint now lands exactly under the brush, everywhere on the character. Corners and curves work properly. Strokes now follow the surface around the nose, jaw, chin and fingers instead of tearing or breaking up. Paint can no longer jump across gaps. Painting the temple no longer marks the ear, and painting one fingernail no long...Read full article on Community Announcements (PTG Platinum)AnnouncementsOfficial

Welcome to the Sip or Die Playtest!Sip Or Die is a psychological horror death game built for four-player online multiplayer. Four kidnapped strangers awaken in a sealed ritual chamber and are forced to compete in a lethal drinking game where survival depends on chance, strategy, and cruelty. In this playtest you'll be able to experience single and online multiplayer. Our four-player online death game is built around shifting alliances, betrayals, and unpredictable outcomes, with real ways to turn on each other: electrocute a rival in their seat, or aim the shot the wheel hands you. You'll step into the chamber remember it is possessed and always watching. The Overseer is the room itself, a vast face in the wall whose eye beams pour every vial in place, who revives the dead, laughs at the table, and who must be kept satisfied. The Pigman is his enforcer, standing beside the active player and carrying out the sentences the room hands down. The Game of your life The Overseer beams six vials full, they are revealed and then shuffled, you call a number, and an arrow decides. Call it right, and you may electrocute a rival or spin the Wheel of Fate; call it wrong, and you drink or take the revolver. Also included: the Perk Shop, poison head pops with Overseer resurrections, the Pigman’s roulette, electrocution, room gas, the flooding chamber with its breath game and shark, character customization, and the end-of-match payout. A full match to one survivor runs roughly fifteen to twenty minutes. There is no turn timer, so a hesitating player can hold the table up, and the payout screen stays open until someone leaves the match. Sip or Die - Devlog 3
🩸 Sip Or Die - Devlog 3Survivors, the chamber is never silent. At Thirteen37, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes, polishing gameplay, refining mechanics, and doing our best to share soon what it truly feels like to experience Sip Or Die. And today, we want to show you one of the features we’ve been shaping. When you are playing a round of Sip or Die, You find yourself sitting at the table, facing others, knowing that when your turn comes you can choose to strike the player beside you. That tension is at the heart of Sip Or DieX‑Ray Gun AimingWhen aiming, skeletal joints light up with X marks, these are critical shot areas. Landing precise hits can dismember arms or legs, shifting the balance of combat at the table. But precision is never easy. Your aim is tied to your heartbeat. The faster it races, the more your weapon sways, making every shot harder to control. Actions in the game raise your pulse, so every move adds intensity to the chamber.Heart Rate BPM SystemYour character’s heartbeat it’s driven by five statuses that constantly shape your experience: Fear, Intoxication, Focus, Panic, and Confidence.Fear rises during stressful or dangerous events. Too much Fear can spiral into Panic, spiking your BPM and making actions like gun aiming harder.Intoxication occurs when you drink poison from a vial, clouding your state of mind and often leading to Fear or Panic, depending on the situation.Focus builds when you make the right choices or perform well, steadying your character.Confidence comes from staying ahead of others or holding more lives than everyone else, calming your BPM and keeping you in control.Panic is the breaking point, when your BPM surges, weapon sway intensifies, and survival becomes far more difficult. All of these statuses run in the background, constantly influencing your BPM. The BPM Monitor is accessible at all times, reminding you that the chamber is as much about control as it is about chance. The Overseer's SatisfactionCritical shots d...Read full article on Community Announcements (PTG Platinum)
