About this game
Horizons Scavenger is a story-driven sci-fi adventure focused on exploration, atmosphere, and problem solving. You play as Anne, a privateer sent to retrieve stolen technology from a rogue android. When you and your AI companion arrive at Hope’s End, a functioning off-world colony meant to host over a thousand people, it is completely deserted. Explore its forests in third person, switch to first-person for fast gun combat, and use physics-based logic puzzles and system hacking to uncover where the colonists have gone and what the android is planning.
Third-Person Exploration, First-Person Combat
Move and traverse in third person for spatial awareness, then switch to precise first-person shooting when danger appears. Designed for flow and immersion.
Physics-Based Logic Puzzles
Use environmental elements, weight, force, energy routing and physical interaction to solve layered puzzles that reward observation and thought.
Fast Gun-Based Encounters
Face hostile machines and automated defences. Combat is quick, direct and reactive, encouraging timing, positioning and awareness.
Hack Corrupted Systems
Access terminals, surveillance networks and security layers to uncover clues, open paths and decipher what happened to the colonists.
Uncover the Mystery of Hope’s End
Piece together the fate of the missing settlers and track the motives of the rogue android who may know the truth.
Story-Driven Sci-Fi Atmosphere
Experience a grounded and slightly eerie tone supported by environmental storytelling, quiet tension and careful use of sound.
