Delve into JINNI 2 : The Ritual, an action-packed indie game set to release in 2026. Navigate through eerie, ever-changing spaces filled with cursed objects that trigger spine-tingling events, unraveling mysteries of ancient jinn folklore.

About this game

JINNI 2: The Ritual is a ritual-based psychological horror experience inspired by real Anatolian jinn folklore. You enter a house where a ceremony was started years ago… and never finished. The air feels wrong. The rooms shift when you’re not looking. Something waits for you in the dark, something that remembers the ritual better than you do.

If you turn back now, nothing follows you.

If you continue…

It won’t let you leave the same way you came in.

And it won’t be alone this time.

Features

  • Atmospheric psychological horror grounded in real Middle Eastern jinn lore.

  • Ritual-driven exploration where every object, candle, and whisper matters.

  • Dark, shifting environments that change as the ritual progresses.

  • Unpredictable paranormal events triggered by your actions… or by something imitating you.

  • A mimic jinn that copies voices, footsteps, and sounds from inside the house to lure you deeper.

  • A tense, claustrophobic story told through environment and sound, not exposition.

  • Cursed objects, veiled entities, and a truth buried inside the house for years.

  • A short, intense experience designed to be played in one sitting.

Devlog #2: WARNING! They Can Hear You Now...

Hello Friends,I’ve just finished a critical feature for JINNI 2: The Ritual that will take the horror experience to the next level (and probably make you hold your breath while playing): Microphone Integration. The game now reacts to your voice in the real world.🔇 Silence is Survival With this new system, the "things" hiding in the darkness don’t just see you anymore—they are listening. Voice Reactions Paranormal activity will intensify based on the noise levels coming from your microphone.Action & Reaction A gasp of fear or a sudden scream can make the Jinns more aggressive and help them pinpoint your location.Communication In some situations, the entities may respond directly to your spoken words or whispers. My goal with this mechanic is to make the silence in your room a part of the gameplay. You aren't just playing with a keyboard and mouse anymore; you're playing with your nerves.📅 Countdown to the Demo The nightmare begins in just 20 days! I can't wait for you to test this new system. Don't forget to Wishlist the game and stay tuned for the DEMO releasing on February 20, 2026!See you soon (if you can keep quiet...),- Asrin
