Delve into Olivia, an adventure and indie simulation where you uncover more than just a story in a now-silent family home. Whether the lights are on or off, every room holds secrets to discover.
About this game
Once a family home, now only dusty rooms and quiet halls remain. The house has been abandoned for years, but something still echoes, memories…
In Olivia, you step into the role of a screenwriter searching for a next deep story for his next big hit. What begins as a simple exploration soon unravels into a forgotten tragedy. Armed with your photo camera, you uncover fragments of the past, revealing glimpses of what once was. Every corner hides a clue. Every shadow carries a memory. And every discovery pulls you closer to the truth.

So, what’s the game?
Experience a small atmospheric horror story brought to life in a stylized 3D cartoon look inspired by 1920s animation. The world may look cute, but what you uncover is a haunting scenery.
Piece together the mystery of Olivia, the girl who vanished without a trace, and learn how her mother, her father, her brother Jim, and even the family cat are tied to her disappearance. Search the house, uncover lost memories, and bring the past into the light… even if something tries to push you back into the dark.
Olivia is as a prequel to One Last Clip, offering the full story behind the events encountered there. But there is no need to play One Last Clip first, the tale is fully explained on its own, with everything from the beginning.
Some doors stay shut for a reason.

Patch 1.0.4
Hey everyone,in this small patch I made several visual improvements and a variety of smaller adjustments throughout the game. Here’s what changed:There are now 10 new things that can be discovered by taking photos with the camera. The biggest visual change is in the River Chapter, where a small waterfall is added near the start on the left side to make the river area look a bit nicer.Reworked the river scene slightly by adding more grass and fixing small visual details so the overall area looks better.Similar visual improvements to the scene outside of the house as well.Reworked some smaller 3D assets and improved several materials to make them look better overall. Also fixed an issue where the swing in the tree was missing during the last chapter, which caused Jim to float in the air during a photo instead of sitting on the swing.Wish you all a nice Sunday! Patch 1.0.3
Hey everyone,In this patch, I reworked the second part of the final Olivia encounter in Chapter 9. Together with the changes from the last patch, the entire chapter has now been reworked to feel much more fun and fitting overall. Here’s a list of everything that changed:Instead of only fighting against the fire spirits during the second part of the encounter, you now receive a water gun from Jim. This not only adds more gameplay variety, but also adds a small narrative detail connected to Jim’s character. The entire fireplace fight scene has been reworked and should now feel much more intense while progressing through it. There may also be one or two hidden jumpscares now. After finishing the game, a new Chapter Selection button will appear in the main menu, allowing you to restart any chapter you want. This should also help achievement hunters complete missed content more easily.I added 3 new things that can be discovered through your camera. In the Clock Chapter, I made the aiming dot more visible to make it easier to find the mice. The game still does not have full controller support yet, but I improved controller movement a little more.I made the music notes slightly smarter, so when you move into another room, they should now follow you properly through the doors.Added small helper sound effects for Chapters 2 and 4.That should be everything for now. Thanks again to everyone who gave me great feedback to help improve the game!Cheers, Struggle GamesMartenRead full article on Community Announcements (Struggle Games Studio)Patch NotesOfficial
Patch 1.0.2
Hey everyone, based on the feedback I received and some small things players pointed out, I made several changes and improvements to the game. The biggest changes affect the Piano fight sequence and the final Olivia fight. Here’s a list of what has changed:I changed the first part of the final Olivia face-off to make it fit the setting and storyline much better. The sequence now takes place during an endless fall through a chimney while Olivia approaches from above, which fits the overall burn story much better.During the Piano Music fight, instead of every door being locked, one door now stays open. This pushes the player forward more naturally instead of making them feel randomly trapped, which also fits better with the note on the task board.I moved the gramophone to the Reading Room, where it now plays the song during the fight sequence and spawns the notes there as well, so they appear throughout the path to the fireplace.Because you no longer have to wait for the song to finish before continuing, I increased the spawn interval and made the enemies slightly more aggressive.Additionally, I improved the performance inside the house by optimizing several 3D models and improving how they are rendered.I also made a variety of smaller fixes and polish improvements throughout the game to make the overall experience smoother. Thanks again for all the feedback, and have fun with the game!Cheers, Struggle Games MartenRead full article on Community Announcements (Struggle Games Studio)Patch NotesOfficial

Olivia out Now!
Hi everyone, “Olivia” is now available! You can play this short, story-driven horror game and find out what's behind her disappearance! I hope everyone enjoys it! If you come across a bug or have a good idea, let me know in the forum so I can fix the issue as soon as possible! Little personal note, I might have overestimated my time capacity to develop a story game on my own in free time. Right now, I’m only working on game dev in my spare time, so I’ve spent all my weekends over the past few months on it. But despite all that, I’m really happy with how it turned out. Even though it’s not a story game that lasts for hours, you can immerse yourself in a little cartoonish world, and I hope you have fun taking pictures!
