KITMAN is a 1-4 player job simulator set in the backrooms of a soccer stadium. Run the team by running the locker room. Clean the team’s boots, patch jerseys, mop floors, and when no-one is looking… sneak into the gaffer’s office and fix the game plan!

About this game

It’s up to you to take your club from a small time outfit, up through the echelons, and into the big leagues!
Off-Pitch Action
Take on the role of the unsung hero of every football club – the humble Kitman.
It’s your job to ensure the team aren’t hitting the pitch in their underwear. Polish the boots, sew up the torn shirts and keep the energy drinks chilled.
Manage available resources and the player fitness ratings, all while ensuring that the floors are clean and the bathrooms sparkle.
Steer from the Shadows
The players are spoiled brats, and the manager hasn’t got a clue. Take charge by scouting new talent, choosing the starting lineup and planning the formation.
Steer your club from the dregs of the amateur leagues all the way to the top of the beautiful game.
Match Day Mayhem
Support the players on Match Day by solving problems as they occur. Supply fresh kit and clean damaged gear on the fly to ensure victory. A single untied shoelace could be the difference between victory and defeat.
Play With Friends
This is a team sport, so you don’t have to do it alone. Invite up to three friends to join in and share the workload. Or go it alone, and prove once and for who really makes a football team succeed.
Chase Victory, Your Way
Upgrade your club to play in the big leagues and unlock advanced equipment to make your job easier.
Customize your Kitman, and decorate the backrooms with mementos of your club’s success. Just don’t ask for any credit for all your hard work.

Dev Update: Team Customization
One piece of feedback came up again and again during our playtest: players wanted the ability to create their own football team!When we started working on Kitman, we had a nice little narrative in mind where you play as the Kitman for a fictional club called Northshore Athletic. We designed a custom Northshore club crest, settled on a satisfying blue, white and orange colour palette, and put together a distinctive squad uniform that made good use of those colours.We thought we had done a pretty good job. But players kept asking if they could create their own teams, and perhaps we needn't be quite so precious about Northshore Athletic.So, for the upcoming demo, we have added a whole range of team customization options! Northshore Athletic will still be the default, but if that doesn’t work for you, you can make the team your own!Make It Your Own First up is team name customization. Players can now choose their own team name and acronym, which will appear in league tables, on the club crest and even in post-match pundit commentary. You can call your team whatever you like, although we will have to trust everyone to keep the rude names to a minimum.You can also choose your team's colour palette. These colours are applied throughout the game, including your team's kit and various parts of the environment. Finding a set of palettes that looked good together and provided enough variety took a bit of work, but we were able to take plenty of inspiration from real-world football teams. We have not directly copied any of them, but look closely and you may spot a few familiar influences.Kit customization works in a similar way. Players can choose from a selection of different jersey patterns, each designed to work with the available colour palettes. Kitman World Cup Playtest Closes With Winners Crowned
The first-ever Kitman World Cup has come to an end, and after some fiercely contested matches, Austria has claimed the trophy with a victory over Poland in the final.Herzlichen Glückwunsch (congratulations) to our Austrian Kitmen, who put in a fantastic performance throughout the tournament.The golden kitbag goes to Poland with a high score of 670 in the semi-final, with honorable mentions for Italy (650), Spain (645), and Uruguay (625) who were snapping at their heels.Seeing so many of you jump into this early version of Kitman has been a real thrill for us on team Outlier. Two Teams Go Head-To-Head For The Biggest Prize In World FootballIt's time - after a thrilling few weeks of competition, we're down to the final two teams in the Kitman World Cup.There was plenty of drama in the semi-finals as a late high-scoring entry from Poland knocked out favorites Spain. The Kitman World Cup is building to an epic conclusion, with Austria, Italy, Spain and Poland making it through to the competition's semi-final stage!Uruguay were unlucky to lose out to a phenomenal late entry from Italy, while Brazil, Chile, and the Rest of World team were comfortably beaten in the quarter finals.The semis will run until July 15th so if you have a key make sure you get playing quickly!
