About this game
In Trusted Hands is a narrative-driven repair shop simulator where fixing phones turns dealing with people’s private lives. Messages, photos, and hidden files can surface during repairs, placing you in the middle of secrets you were never meant to see.
As the story unfolds, customers with complicated pasts cross your path, and strangers with unclear motives begin asking for information in exchange for money. Every decision matters — what you share, what you hide, and who you choose to help can change lives, shape the city, and affect your own future.
You run a small phone repair shop under constant pressure: exhaustion, stress, rent, and inspections are part of daily life. The repair process is intentionally simple, keeping the focus on moral choices, relationships, and long-term consequences rather than technical complexity.

Consequences Update is live!
Hi everyone! We've released a new update for In Trusted Hands! Last time, we said we wanted to make choices feel more meaningful and give client stories stronger consequences. This update is a big step in that direction, shaped in many ways by your feedback, reviews, discussions, and bug reports. It brings new endings, an ending gallery, new outcomes for several characters, agency task penalties, and a few improvements to the game’s overall flow. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45872061/24240f083f6b9cdeb4cb27a93ad9d56c8e0ecfd4.png One important note: some of the new content and changes also affect the earlier parts of the game. If you already started playing but haven’t progressed too far, we recommend starting a new run to get the full experience from the beginning. What's new: Added an ending gallery, available from the main menu. Added two new main endings. Added individual endings for some characters. These depend on your choices and actions during the story, and can be viewed from the ending gallery. Added new consequences for failing agency tasks. Added two new hidden achievements connected to different endings. Added new opportunities to report certain characters to the police. Continued some client storylines with new outcomes. Added more situations where your actions can lead to negative reviews and lower the workshop rating. The special goods shop icon now flashes when a new item appears. Slightly increased the pace of repairs in the early game. Stress is now added at the start of each day, with different values depending on the selected difficulty. After all, workshop life is rarely completely stress-free. Some less friendly characters now have more fitting dialogue bubbles. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45872061/8711a8a7de1fdba666058eab63ffd78d0f9dfab3.png The update is already live! Update is live: Auto-Repair, less rushing, and new consequences
Hi everyone!A new update for In Trusted Hands is now live. This time, we tweaked the game’s pacing a bit, added new upgrades, and made digging through other people’s phones a little less stressful.Well… as stress-free as that can possibly be...What changedNew upgrades and Auto-RepairWe added several new upgrade levels related to repair speed. Now you’ll be able to improve your repair skills and speed up the process. The shop will also offer upgraded tools that eventually unlock Auto-Repair.Basically, the workshop should feel more convenient over time, and you’ll have more ways to speed up the routine stuff and focus on the most interesting part.Clients now wait while you dig through their data :^)Previously, checking phone data could feel a bit too rushed: you’re reading messages, looking through files, ordering parts, and the client’s patience timer is still ticking. Now, when the phone data window is open, that timer is paused.A client you’ve already finished working with will still leave, but the one you’re currently interacting with will stay while you’re checking their data. So you can calmly look through messages, photos, hidden files, and decide what to do with all of it.Thanks to all the understanding clients!Refused clients now add stressNow, if you overcharge for a repair twice and the client refuses because of it, your character gains stress. We want the workshop to feel a little more alive: not every visitor is easy to deal with.Fixed “lost clients”We also fixed an issue where some clients could get lost or behave strangely. They should be a bit more collected now. Physically, at least. What’s nextWe’re already working on future updates. We want to make the consequences of your decisions feel stronger and make individual client stories more noticeable. Here’s what we’re planning:individual endings for some characters;ending slides showing what happened to clients after your decisions;an ending gallery;a reworked review system;penalties for failing agency tasks...Read full article on Community Announcements (лее нефор)Patch NotesOfficial
First Patch is here!
First of all, thank you all so much for spending time in the workshop! We’re genuinely happy to see so many people already diving into In Trusted Hands 💛Second... ever since we pressed the release button, we’ve been constantly reading your feedback, bug reports, and discussions. And today, thanks to your first impressions, we’re releasing the very first update for the game!Patch NotesFixed an issue causing repeated customersImproved clarity in several tasks and objectivesAdded a hint for skipping post-repair phone animationsScene transitions in dialogues are now smootherFixed various localization issuesAs you can probably tell, most of these changes are focused on improving the overall feel of the game. A little more clarity here, a little less visual noise there. But this update is also quietly laying the groundwork for larger additions in the future.Things like improving the repair flow during later stages of the game... or revisiting how workshop reviews work altogether. But we’ll talk more about that a little later. So this isn’t goodbye. Just see you again very soon. And thank you for continuing to share feedback and help us make the game betterRead full article on Community Announcements (iamgentlemem)AnnouncementsOfficial
In Trusted Hands is Out Now!
Today’s the day. In Trusted Hands is finally out on Steam! It still feels a little unreal finally saying that. For the past months, our tiny team has been building this small phone repair workshop full of stressed customers, private messages, awkward situations, questionable decisions, and lots of tiny details hidden inside people’s devices. Over the course of development, we poured a huge amount of care into every client, repair, conversation, and story scene in the game. We wanted the experience to feel cozy and personal, while slowly pulling players into messier situations where curiosity, empathy, and profit start colliding with each other. Thank you so much to everyone who supported the game through wishlists, feedback, bug reports, comments, streams, memes, and kind words along the way. We genuinely hope you enjoy your time in the workshop 💛 HGISoft & Spaghetti CatRead full article on Community Announcements (iamgentlemem)Patch NotesOfficial
Release on May 7 + Major Demo Update
Hi everyone! This is the update we’ve been especially excited to share with you. Let’s start with the big one…Release DateIn Trusted Hands launches on May 7!It’s been a long road getting here: prototypes, reworks, doubts, and countless small decisions that slowly came together into something whole.Throughout all of this, you’ve been there with us — playing the demo, sharing feedback, and spreading the word about the game. And now we’re finally ready to show you the full experience. Very soon, you’ll be able to open your workshop, meet its visitors, and go through the entire story from beginning to end.Demo updateWe’ve also updated the demo — this is one of the biggest updates so far.Since the game is all about running a phone repair shop, it felt like the right time to finally let you look inside the devices. You can now assemble and disassemble phones!Carefully remove parts, see how everything fits together, and replace broken components along the way.Over time, you’ll start remembering the process and get faster and more confident with each repair. We’ve also updated the shop icons for spare parts, so they better match how the components look during disassembly. And as always, we’re continuing to add new characters and their stories to make the world feel even more alive and diverse. This will most likely be the last major demo update — from here on, we’re focusing on polishing the full version. So if you’ve already tried the demo, now’s a great time to jump back in. And if you haven’t yet — this is your moment to start! That’s all for today. See you on May 7, and thank you for being with us ❤️Read full article on Community Announcements (iamgentlemem)
