Office Manager is a strategic office building management simulator where every decision affects your bottom line. Turn an empty lot into a thriving corporate complex, rent spaces to demanding companies, and handle daily crises in real time. Will you survive fires, thieves, and disgruntled managers, or will your empire go bankrupt?
Build Everything from Scratch
Walls and floors are just the beginning. A true manager must think about logistics and utilities.
Complete control: Design your building using over 14 different room types—from open-space offices to research labs and server rooms.
Infrastructure: Build electricity, water, and internet grids. Every desk and coffee machine consumes energy that you have to pay for.
Space optimization: Monitor noise heatmaps and lighting. A noisy generator next to a break room will cost you tenants.
Satisfy Needs, Maximize Profit
The companies in your building employ real people who have their own daily routines and limits.
Needs simulation: People need to use the toilet, eat, and relax. Neglecting their needs leads to a drop in productivity.
Company ratings: Companies rate your building across four dimensions: Services, Reliability, Quality, and Decoration. Try to keep everything highly rated.
Commitments: Receive emails from CEOs with expansion requests. Missing a deadline means your reputation will take a hit.
Hard Business and Numbers
This isn't just about putting up walls; it's about building a functional economy. Become a ruthless landlord!
Your own employees: Hire your own elite staff—security guards, receptionists, or analysts—and assign them to specialized tasks.
Financial analytics: Track your daily cash flow down to the last cent, optimize energy costs, sign lucrative service contracts, and apply for bank loans in a crisis.
Tenant market: Choose the best offers on the market, negotiate rent, and kick out companies that are no longer profitable.
Survive the Unexpected
Reality will eventually throw a wrench in the works. Crisis management will test how well you've prepared your building.
Thieves & Security: Criminals will target your property. Install camera systems and hire guards for early detection.
Fires: Make sure to protect your building against potential fires; buy smoke detectors and catch problems early!
Hackers & Vandalism: Fight off cyber attacks on your servers and send maintenance workers to scrub graffiti off the walls so you don't scare away luxury clients.

Hey everyone! Thank you so much for playing the Office Manager Demo before the Steam Next Fest! We've been closely monitoring your feedback and reading your bug reports. Based on your suggestions, a new update is now live to make your office-building experience even smoother. Here is what's new in version 0.3.0.6: New Features * Added a Lexicon to the main menu to help you out! * Upgraded the demolition tool: You can now selectively choose exactly which utilities you want to destroy. Changes & Tweaks * Improved the crash handler for outdated graphics drivers to provide better troubleshooting info. * Balanced gameplay progression: The wall-mounted sink must now be unlocked via research. * Polished and tweaked the Czech localization. Bug Fixes * Fixed an annoying bug where moving an object was interrupted if a tutorial pop-up appeared. * Fixed a game freeze/crash related to destroying objects. * Fixed an issue where the tutorial task UI was hiding behind the explanation windows. * Fixed the marketplace filter visibility (filters now hide correctly when only one company is available). Adding CRIME, POLICE & Functional OS | Devlog #2
The Crime Update is finally here! It's been a month since the last update, and the office just got a lot more chaotic. In this Devlog, I'm breaking down the biggest features added to Office Manager yet.What's new in Devlog #2?Crime & Security: Thieves can now enter the building to steal equipment. You'll need Security Guards, Cameras, and Monitor Rooms to stop them.Police AI: If a thief is caught, the police will arrive to escort them away.Simulated OS: I replaced the old UI with a functional in-game Operating System.
