Since our Early Access release just a short time ago, we have been working nonstop based on your reviews and community feedback. The game today is in a completely different, vastly improved state compared to day one!

Custom Mode Added: Play exactly the way you want! You can now adjust difficulty, pacing, and core mechanics to fit your exact playstyle.
Property Managers: Hire property managers to automatically handle and maintain your properties for you.
Expanded Real Estate & Building: You can now buy parking spots and apartments, build your own properties on empty land lots, or split large apartments into multiple smaller units.
Seasons & Dynamic Events: Dynamic seasons are now live, alongside a wide variety of new random events that can happen throughout your playthrough.
Property Inspections: Take a hands-on approach and play property inspections as interactive mini-games.
Early-Game Progression Rework: We completely eliminated the early difficulty wall. The progression curve has been smoothed out to make the first hour and beyond feel natural and rewarding.
Expanded Game Speeds: You now have much finer control over game time with new 0.5x and 8x speed options (in addition to 1x, 2x, and 5x).
Interactive In-Game Guide: A fully searchable tutorial system that you can open anytime during gameplay to quickly look up mechanics.
UI & QoL Enhancements: Added Quick Access pins for your favorite apps, plus comprehensive balance patches based directly on player data.
Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements: Dozens of community-reported bugs, performance issues, and UI glitches have been resolved.

Hello Landlords! We've just pushed v0.4.1, featuring market sales, tenant background checks, Steam Deck optimizations, and balancing tweaks! New Features Flash Sales: Property flash sales now occur randomly, running for 1–2 days with 20%–40% discounts! Tenant References: You can now ask prospective tenants for their previous landlord's contact info to perform background checks on their tenancy history. 24h Price Trends: Map markers now display property price changes over the last 24 hours (can be toggled off under Game Settings). Steam Deck Improvements The on-screen keyboard now opens automatically whenever a text input is required. Improved overall UI scaling tailored specifically for the Steam Deck display resolution. Changes & Balancing Custom Mode: You can now customize the frequency of Flash Sales in Custom Mode. Reduced the required number of completed gigs for quests. Reduced the number of quests generated for gig progression tracks. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug that caused rent to be displayed as unpaid even after it was successfully paid. Hey everyone! 👋 Here is the exact roadmap and timeline for what’s coming to the game over the next few weeks: Minor Updates & Hotfixes (Random drops every few days between September 1 – September 13) Live Property Map: Properties will now display live percentage price changes and theoretical profits right on the map. Flash Sales: Look out for random 2-3 day flash sales featuring 20–30% discounts on random apartments. Contact Loyalty Discounts: Earn service discounts from contacts when doing business with them repeatedly. Improved Tutorial: A slower, smoother learning curve. Steam Deck Improvements: The game is currently officially rated as Playable on Steam Deck, meaning you can jump in and play right now! However, I am actively working on further optimizations (like on-screen keyboard support and UI tweaks) to push the experience even higher and earn the fully green Verified badge. Landlord History: The option to request contact info for previous landlords and ask them various questions. 🚀 Big Update (September 19) Faster/Balanced Pacing: Unlock parking spots earlier and work an 8-hour day job (in-game time skip). You can choose to leave work early to gain more free time, but you'll lose that day's income. Skill Tree: Progression paths to customize your gameplay. Startup Investments: The ability to invest your surplus cash into various companies.
