Discover a unique platformer where each level springs to life from a 100x100 pixel image. Navigate through handcrafted worlds and import your own pictures for an endless adventure.

About this game

Your pictures have escaped your computer and materialized across different dimensions. Every level is generated from a 100x100 .png image, where various pixel colors correspond to different game objects and mechanics, such as player start position, jump pads, enemies, their movement trajectories, and more.

Navigate the pictures and dodge obstacles in style using your dash ability, along with a variety of mechanics that facilitate your traversal such as jump pads, pinball bumpers, air currents and more.

Any drawing software is your level editor! Just draw a 100x100 image in the software of your choice, save it as .png, drag and drop it into the Documents folder, and then it will show up in the list of custom levels! Whether you want to draw a piece of pixel art, or resize a photograph and play around with it, your imagination is the limit (and 10000 pixels).

  • Levels are generated at run-time from 100x100 .png images

  • Explore a pixel art collection that came to life

  • Import your own 100x100 images as custom levels

  • Engaging movement mechanics and challenges

  • Multiple themes, like the city and desert worlds

    July 2026 Update

Hello! It's been a while since the last update. I've been working on big stuff in the meantime! CxC will have a new character! The main character is the hook of your game, the centerpiece that makes people want to check it out. So I felt that I needed a stronger hook, a more interesting face that, after all, is in pretty much every frame of the game. So I decided to take a step back and create a new character from scratch (pun indended)Meet Gato, a silly but courageous feline!A bunch of aspects needed to be redesigned to fit Gato. All new animations, particle effects, and a new bike model were created.I also needed to update the look of Huebert so that he belongs in the same world:There is a plan is to refresh the Steam page with all new key art, screenshots, and a trailer, with all the new overhauls included, as I get closer to the release of the game!Updated Desert WorldThat's right, the Desert is no longer empty. The background elements are actually real life ceramics, which I 3D scanned. Then I textured them in Substance Painter. The cats are actually made by me :DThanks for checking out, see you for the next update!

    March 2026 Update

Hello there! Thanks for everyone who checked out the game and/or played the demo!Following the demo release near the end of 2025, I've been continuing work on CxC! Now I've got some cool features to show you, which will be coming in the full release. The MotorcycleThe bike opens up new ways to traverse the image. It can drive on walls, on ceilings, and comes with a FLIP GRAVITY functionality. When the bike will inevitably accelerate towards a hazardous object, you will need to use the EJECT function! The bike evolved into a central game mechanic, as it proved to open up a lot of level design possibilities. The Art GalleryEver dreamt to have a drawing of yours featured in an art gallery? Well that dream can now come true! The Art Gallery is one of the worlds that you will explore in CxC, alongside the Supercity and the Ancient Desert Planet!Work Continues!I've also been working hard drawing new levels, which I'm excited for everyone to play when the time comes. And also making improvements for existing stuff! For example, in Supercity, the windows now light up during the sunset. The Desert world is also going through some significant upgrades, which I can't wait to share in the future!Again, many thanks for checking out the game! I invite you to join the Discord server! Everything is still in the beginning stages, so not a huge community yet :D However I will also be posting updates there.Until next time! - Andrei
