About this game

Plan every move – or challenge Fortuna

Qumino is a strategic tile-building roguelite with two distinct ways to play. In Domino Mode, you control every placement. In Fortuna Mode, you build a bag of stones that automatically interact on a 4×4 board.

Both modes share the same colorful world, four distinct tile schools, and one goal: turn a handful of simple stones into a powerful scoring engine.

Domino Mode – Build the perfect domino

Each Domino Creation presents five tiles from your player deck. Choose two, combine them into a rotatable domino, and place it on the 7×7 board. Once placed, both abilities activate.

Create combinations using adjacent tiles, rows, columns, diagonals, edges, color groups, buffs, and cascading effects. A good move scores points now. A great move prepares a chain that transforms your entire run.

Earn gold after successful rounds and expand your deck in the shop. Choose a hero to shape your build, then face a boss during every phase. Boss rules may block parts of the board, restrict your choices, disable rerolls, or completely change how your dominoes can be placed. Survive all three phases and push your build even further in Endless Mode.

A faster Single Mode and a guided 4×4 tutorial provide additional ways to learn and enjoy Qumino.

Fortuna Mode – Shape your luck

Every run begins with a bag of 20 stones: four scoring tiles and 16 worthless raw stones. During each spin, 16 stones are drawn onto a 4×4 board and automatically scored one after another.

You cannot choose where each stone lands – but you decide which stones can land at all.

Buy new stones, replace raw ones, and build focused synergies around colors, adjacency, rows, multipliers, retriggers, and powerful global effects. Between eight escalating rounds, improve the shop, reroll its offers, refine individual stones, or remove unwanted pieces from your bag.

New tile families unlock as you progress, opening the door to fresh strategies – from reliable color engines to risky combinations capable of turning a single spin into a scoring explosion.

Four colors, countless combinations

  • Blue focuses on flow, lines, groups, and returning effects.
  • Green grows over time and builds networks around other stones.
  • Red thrives on speed, crowded boards, escalation, and risk.
  • Purple copies, repeats, transforms, and breaks established rules.
