About this game
THE WATER KNOWS WHAT YOU DID
Paradise Fall is a chilling psychological horror point-and-click where uncovering the town’s buried mystery comes at a terrifying personal price.

Intrusive Thoughts
You play as Dennis, a man pushed to the very edge by his own mind. He is plagued by dark, intrusive thoughts; his nightmares and visions haunt his every waking moment, and his violent urges seem beyond his control. All he desires is peace, but the knife he wields is a constant, gruesome reminder of his torment; no matter how vigorously he washes it, the unsettling presence of blood never seems to fade.
His misery began years ago: a single, horrific trip to Paradise Falls resulted in an unbearable tragedy when his daughter vanished, leaving him consumed by the darkest question—was he truly to blame?
Now, an older, hardened man, Dennis is haunted by his daughter's drawings, now defaced with frantic writing demanding his return to the falls to save her. He obeys, seeking closure or perhaps final penance. He arrives ready to face the nightmares that plague this flooded, desolate town, but the ghosts and shadows no longer hold power over him. The only terror Dennis must vanquish is the darkness lurking within his own fractured mind.

Shadows of the Flood
As the waters rise, you take control of Rachel, whose journey uncovers the rot beneath the surface of Paradise Falls. Through her eyes, you will piece together the final hours of a dying community and witness how the desperate actions of a single man invited a curse that drowned the town in more than just water. Discover the truth behind the "salvation" promised to the citizens, and decide if some secrets were meant to stay buried in the depths.

Key Features
The Weight of the Blade: Keep your knife clean. Harming others raises Dennis' anxiety, dragging him into a fractured, alternate version of reality. Only by cleansing your weapon—and your conscience—can you return the world to normal.
Classic Interaction: A traditional "verb coin" interface and deep inventory system. Solve puzzles and navigate the world with a familiar, tactile mechanical heart.
Atmospheric Exploration: Navigate a flooded world rendered in a moody, muted palette. Every shadow and rain-slicked corner is designed to amplify the desperate, claustrophobic atmosphere of a town lost to time.
The Ultimate Price: Uncover the history of Paradise Falls by stepping into the lives of those who lived it. Play as multiple characters—including Rachel and the very monsters that haunt the streets—to see the tragedy from every angle.

First Look: Announcing My Next Sci-Fi Project (Concept Art)
Hey everyone,Welcome: New Players! The dust has settled after the custom flash sale to celebrate Paradise Falls being 'Positive' on Steam. Some of you have been on this journey since I posted those early devlogs on YouTube so many years ago, and some of you have just recently picked up the game. As a solo developer, everyone who takes the time to point and click through the world I created means everything to me. Thank you.Because of you, the game is now nearly at twenty Steam User reviews and we have new players from all over the world! I know my game is a niche experience, but the comparisons to the Chzo Mythos games, Silent Hill, and David Lynch in the review section are deeply humbling.Looking Ahead: Steam Scream Fest!Paradise Falls will officially be participating in the upcoming Steam Scream Fest, The spooky season is the hardest time to block out the voices, so keep your knives clean as we approach October. Hopefully, some more horror fans will take a trip to the falls. Big News: The Next Game is Well Under WayWhile I am fully supporting Paradise Falls, I have officially begun early development on my next game. And it's going to be in Spaaaaaaaaace!Don't worry, I'm not doing a Jason X, or even a Dennis X. This is a brand-new concept and I'm really excited to share it with you. The game is going to be a considerable step forward in terms of visuals, audio design, and the overall scope of the story and lore. Here is a sneak peek at some of the official background environments I've been working on: I want to emphasise something incredibly important to this community: every copy of Paradise Falls sold directly improves this next game. Because of your purchases and support here, I am able to pour more resources, more time, and more ambitious design into this new sci-fi universe. I can’t wait to share more of these concepts with you in future monthly updates as things progress. Thank you all for being on this journey with me!Thank you AgainL-GOATRead full article on Community Announcements (L-Goat)AnnouncementsOfficial
Paradise Falls is officially "Positive" on Steam!
Thank you for the 100% Positive rating! It’s been a wild couple of months since launch. As a solo developer, you always worry if anyone will actually find your game, let alone enjoy it. Seeing that "Positive" badge appear on the store page is an incredible feeling. The Momentum is Real: Thanks to your reviews and support, Steam has started pushing the game to more people. We've seen a massive spike in Discovery Queue visits and loads of new demo downloads just in the last 24 hours.A Quick F.A.Q. for New Players:Is there a demo? Yes! You can try the game for free on the main page.Does reviewing help? Yes! Every single review—long or short—means everything to a solo project like this. We have 17 reviews in total and they are ALL appreciated. Is there a guide? Not yet, but some kind soul may make one at some point. In the meantime, there's a fantastic pre-release video walkthrough by Ana Moon in the community hub. Some of the art has changed but the puzzle logic is essentially the same. Is there going to be a sequel? No, but there is another point-and-click adventure game in the works. Think more Space Quest than Phantasmagoria. Is there a Discord? Yes. Check the links section for the Discord. You can see some sneaky screenshots of the next project on there. Is there really a big box version? I have made a couple of prototypes but not quite mastered it yet so we will have to see. Do you do Dev Logs? Yes, I do and here is the YouTube link to one of them. Mostly just me rambling, but it's probably the best place to keep up to date on the next game. If you’ve wishlisted the game recently, thank you for joining the hundreds of others on this journey. I’m reading every bit of feedback and can't wait to show you what's next.Read full article on Community Announcements (L-Goat)AnnouncementsOfficial
