Explore a first-person world where thirty years of silence have left their mark. Scavenge through the ruins, rewire circuits, and crack safes in LARAKI Interactive's 2026 survival horror, where staying hidden is key to survival.

About this game

Thirty years ago, a tragedy closed the studio forever.
Now you're back... So is Mr. Grin.

Scavenge badges, rewire circuits, crack safes.

Explore abandoned TV sets from the 80s.

Uncover what really happened that night.

One sound and you die.

He's not only hunting you. He's directing you.
His script. Your survival.

  • Walk through abandoned TV sets frozen in time.

From dressing rooms to control booths, every room tells part of a story no one was meant to know.

  • Every room hides a clue, every object a purpose.

Scavenge what you can. Nothing is there by accident.

The studio doesn't give second chances.

  • You are never truly alone.

Mr. Grin roams the studio. He hears everything, forgets nothing.

One wrong move and the show is over.

A Big Update, and What Comes Next

Hello everyone! We've got one more update for the demo, and it's a bigger one than usual, so let's get into it.Here are the key changes:Faster First Launch: Optimized shader compilation on first launch, cutting the wait time by up to 40% (tested on minimum spec hardware). No more staring at a loading screen for too long before you get into Starlight Studios.New: In-World Maps: You'll now find physical map panels scattered around the building. Interact with one to pull up a widget showing the full building layout and where you're standing. No pause menu, no hand-holding: find them if you explore, use them if you need to.Log Notifications: New entries in the Information log now show a badge with the number of unread entries, so nothing important slips past you.Accessibility: Added an option to display a stamina bar for anyone who'd rather have a clear visual cue than rely on the chromatic aberration effect that currently signals low stamina.A note on what's nextThis will be the last update to the demo for the foreseeable future. We're shifting our full focus to finishing the complete game, so the demo won't be actively maintained or patched for a while. It's not going anywhere, and it's still a solid representation of what Mr. Grin's Final Act is about, but our energy from here on out is going into the full release. That said, if a critical bug shows up that seriously breaks the experience, we'll still step in to fix it.Join the Community! If you haven't already, come hang out on the brand-new LARAKI Interactive Discord Server. It's the best place to report bugs, ask questions about development, or just chat with people who are into this kind of game.---> Feel free to join us here!A massive thank you to everyone who's playtested, created content, or just given the demo a shot so far. Every bit of feedback has shaped this update and will keep shaping the full game.Sincerely yours, Mohamed LARAKI LARAKI Interactive

Demo updates and a message from the dev!

Hello everyone! You might have noticed (or maybe not...), but we've been pushing out multiple updates and hotfixes to improve the quality of life and overall playability of the demo. Here are some of the key changes:Improved Door Navigation: Overhauled the way Mr. Grin opens doors, preventing him from getting stuck in doorways.Balanced Mini-game: Reduced Mr. Grin's speed during the Red Light, Green Light safe mini-game in the Security Room.Clearer Clues: Made clues much more obvious after you inspect them.Enhanced Game Feel: Added new sound cues and feedback to make the experience more immersive. And many more minor tweaks!Visual & Menu OverhaulSince we recently updated the art direction of our Steam page (logos, capsules, etc.), we wanted the game itself to reflect these changes. The main menu has been revamped with improved lighting to double down on the dark, grim ambiance the game conveys.Join the Community! Our socials have also been integrated into the main menu, including the brand-new LARAKI Interactive Discord Server!Want to report a bug? Curious about game development? Or just want to hang out with awesome people who share your interests? The server is the perfect place for it.---> Feel free to join us here!We are doing our absolute best to make your experience with the demo as seamless and enjoyable as possible, setting the right foundation for the full game.A massive thank you to all the playtesters, content creators, and players who have tried the demo so far! Even though the game is still flying under the radar for now, every single piece of feedback and review pushes us to make this the best game it can possibly be.Sincerely yours,Mohamed LARAKILARAKI Interactive
