Take on the role of a pioneering pilot in Harvest Skies: Crop Dusting Simulator. Build and expand your operation by taking contracts, mixing chemicals, and navigating through hazards.

About this game

FLY LOW, SPRAY STEADY

Fifty feet above the crops. Fuel burning, chemicals draining. Cover every inch of the field while dodging power lines, trees, and birds. One mistake and you're walking home - if you're lucky.

MIX YOUR PAYLOAD

Every job needs the right blend. Fertilizer for growth. Pesticides for locusts. Irrigation mixes for dry soil. Buy ingredients, learn the formulas, load the tank. Better chemistry means better results.

RUN A BUSINESS

Contracts come in daily - small fields, big fields, urgent calls. Check the weather, weigh the costs, pick what pays. Build reputation. Grow your client list. Keep the operation running.

GROW YOUR OPERATION

Upgrade your plane. Buy better gear. Expand to new airfields across dry plains, green valleys, coastal farms. Start small. See how far you can take it.

FLY TOGETHER

Team up with friends, coordinate your runs, split the pay. Co-op for up to 4 players.

Devlog #3: Characters, Firefighting, Plane Upgrades, and Storage

CharactersWe started working on the characters. Not going to spoil too much, but I'll say this: you'll be able to change their outfits.FirefightingWe started working on additional mission types. One of them is forest fire suppression. It's still a prototype, but it's looking really promising.InventoryAfter the playtest it became clear that carrying only one item at a time is not great. So we added a simple inventory system. You can now carry multiple items in your hands. There's also a special slot for special items so they don't take up storage space. Basically, you now have two hands and pockets to carry things around.Plane upgradesThe base upgrade system for the plane is done. You can now improve your aircraft, buy and install a more powerful engine, increase tank capacity, and more. You'll also need to keep an eye on wear and tear on certain parts and do maintenance on time.StorageTo keep the hangar from turning into a junkyard, we added shelves and storage. You can put anything you want in there. We tried to make the interaction as simple and intuitive as possible, no extra menus or unnecessary UI elements. There's a lot more in the works that we're not showing yet, but trust us, it's going to be really cool. Here's a little peek at our upgrade brainstorming:Lots of things moving forward at the same time. Stay tuned.

Devlog #2: Co-op, Arcade Controls, Cockpit View, and Progression

Last month we shared the playtest results and laid out the plan. This month we actually did the things. Here's where we're at.Co-op is realMultiplayer has been merged into the main branch. Every system we build from now on is network-aware. This is a big milestone for us. We'll be sharing more on how co-op works soon. The characters are placeholder capsules for now, but there's something about them, right?Flight updatesWe added arcade controls with mouse. The idea is simple: you fly where you look. This should make it way easier for players without flight sim experience to get into the game. On top of that, flight physics got a major update across the board. Also, you can now fly from the cockpit in first person.Progression systemThe game now has actual progression. You can upgrade and improve the fuel station and mixing station. First elements of automation are in. This is just the beginning, but it already changes how the game feels. We're also prototyping plane upgrades, still rough but moving forward.Other stuffPlane model is getting an update, work in progressActively discussing character designs for co-op modeLots of things cooking at the same time. Next month should be interesting. Thanks for sticking with us 💛

Devlog #1: Playtest Results, Numbers, and What's Next ✈️🌾

Hey everyone!Monthly devlog time. This one is a big one, so grab a snack ✈️🌾Quick note before we start. We're going to post these devlogs once a month. No corporate fluff, no sugarcoating. Just real progress updates from a team of four. We'll share what's going well, what's not, and what we're doing about it. Think of it as the real story behind making this game. Now let's get into it.Playtest numbersFirst of all, thank you. The amount of feedback we got was honestly more than we expected, and we're really grateful. Here are the numbers:14,962 players got access6,732 unique players launched the game1,554 filled out the feedback form (that's a lot of data)Median playtime: 27 minutes (okay for a first playtest, but we're aiming for 45 min+ for the demo)Average playtime: 1 hour 5 minutesOverall enjoyment: 3.78 / 5 (66% gave 4 or 5)Recommendation score: 6.97 / 10Visual style: 4.26 / 5 (our highest score, and honestly that felt really good to see)Flight: 3.21 / 5 (lowest score, we know)What we learnedNow let's talk about what all that data actually tells us.The concept works. Visuals, ground gameplay, spraying, and mixing all scored between 3.89 and 4.26. Word of mouth grew 10x between waves. People want this game. The weak spot is flight. 29% rated it 1 or 2, and it directly affects overall enjoyment. Main complaint: the plane feels too light, no weight, no inertia. We also found that 50% of testers never completed a single contract, most bounced during the tutorial. So a big chunk of players never even got to the actual game loop. The good news: we know exactly what to fix. Our focus is to make flying feel like a reward, not a challenge. We want everyone to enjoy it regardless of skill level or experience with flight sims. We're planning to split the flight physics into two parallel systems. One is arcade with mouse control for casual players. The other is mid/hardcore with adjustable difficulty, all the way to custom settings in the flight settings menu. This will be added...
