A SINGLE-PLAYER TURN-BASED STRATEGY DECKBUILDING ROGUELIKE

The Federation has been at peace for centuries and strategists of all species now only prove their worth by playing a peculiar board game... The prestigious Road to Fame is a series of 7 battles that only the most tactical minds can overcome. Will you prove your mastery of the stones and reach the end of the Road?

  • Pick your character and starting deck

  • Battle against various opponents by placing stones on a board

  • Leverage the combo rules and special effects of your stones to trigger strong moves

  • Collect coins and buy new stones to expand your deck

  • Merge your stones to combine their effects and create move powerful moves

Battle Stones aims at providing a minimalist yet deep strategy deckbuilding experience. The mechanics are simple but they offer a compelling variety of tactical decisions. Which stone to play? Where to place it on the board? Which stones to merge together to find synergies and maximize their scoring potential? How to counteract the opponent incoming moves? Strategy and versatility will be your most needed skills to face the challenges.

In particular, he strives to maintain honest and transparent communication with the community, advocates awareness of carbon footprint and climate issues, and bans generative AI tools from his creation process.

The core mechanics and a good amount of content are already present in the demo, but there are also some other features I still need to decide for the full game, in particular for meta-progression.
