About this game
Take the reins of power in the fictional Eastern European country of Gradnar, where you are dictator Vyslan Gatskolka, the unshakable leader and defender of the downtrodden. The fate of the nation hangs on your decisions: will you strive for democracy or plunge the country into autocracy, choose peace with your neighbors or conquer them in bloody wars?
Ruthless control or people’s freedoms—your choice, but keep your finger on the pulse: the country’s indicators (economy, loyalty, control, party, and army) must not drop to zero, or a coup will end your reign. Navigate foreign policy: forge alliances, provoke enemies, or wage war, where battles turn into tense card duels. Supply your army, strike strategically, and, upon victory, annex the conquered lands into your empire.
But power isn’t just politics. Will you be an honest ruler rejecting bribes, or succumb to temptation? Your personal account tempts you: spend on the people’s needs or pamper yourself and your family—lavish palaces, rare paintings, pedigreed horses, and countless other trappings of luxury. After a grueling day, unwind with Riban over a game of cards—but don’t lose your fortune! If funds run low, corrupt schemes, bribes, and kickbacks are always at hand.
Every decision shapes your path: nonlinear dialogues unlock new scenarios, and your actions lead to one of many endings. Will you become a great commander, a generous benefactor, or a ruthless tyrant? Gradnar awaits your verdict.

Balitsa Gatskolka has received the full support of the Party and the people. She has proven that she rightfully holds the position of Ruler.Her first reform will be the mandatory issuance of a new document, the Citizen Surveillance Card.The document is mandatory for all residents of Gradnar, its autonomous regions, as well as for all individuals entering the country. All residents are required to obtain the document from the Ministry of Statistics no later than the first quarter of the current year.The Citizen Surveillance Card will improve the quality of public services, strengthen statehood, and enhance civic consciousness. New Chapter: “The Heiress”
Greetings to the dictators and dictatoresses of Gradnar! The update is now live and available to all players. To start the second chapter, select it in the New Game menu.What awaits you in the new chapter?1990. Due to the illness of Vislan Gatskolka, Gradnar is led by his daughter, Balitza. But will she be able to hold on to power? Only you can answer that question.In addition to the new chapter, work has been done on the save system and bug fixes. Below is a list of the main changes.Fixes:Fixed a bug that allowed players to spend more personal money than was available in the briefcase.Reworked some sound effects and reduced the volume of certain menu sounds.Fixed an issue where settings could fail to save.Fixed a bug that allowed stat manipulation in some cases when exiting dialogues.Fixed an issue where, after returning to the game from the menu, an incorrect visitor character could appear.Changes and Additions:Added a warning about flashing effects and loud sounds, as well as a disclaimer about offensive content (shown once on first launch).Added save slots and the ability to delete saves.
