In The Outer Frame, you switch between detective and fixer roles, intercepting calls and shaping the narrative before the truth unravels. Command a perfect cover-up from your desk or face termination as you navigate media scrutiny and gather intel to keep everyone in the dark.

The Outer Frame is a choice-driven crisis management sim, where you double role as both detective and fixer. Because to know how to fix something, you have to know how bad it got.
Command a team of agents on how to achieve the perfect cover-up, just send the order, they'll do the work for you.
So Interrogate, Intimidate, Vilify, Mindwipe, Labtest, Get Rid of, Commit and Inspect your way out of this one.
But remember, the clock is ticking, and the media is on its way, so get rid of the truth before the public catches on.
Or get fired.
You will get fired. But who hasn’t lost a job before?
The Outer Frame is about information. Here your notebook is your inventory. Names, locations, codes, phone numbers, every piece of intel you find gets written on your notebook.
So you can use them to fill action plans, database search bars, wiretap phone lines, enhance your crazy board to get "ideas", and send the orders that'll shape the fate of everyone and everything involved.
The game is about gaining intel, and using it to your advantage against the clock. You decide how to get it, and how to use it.

We won "Best Videogame" and "Original Idea" at the IDA Awards!
A couple of weeks ago we attended IDA 2026 (Indie Dev Argentina). A physical videogame expo packed full of talks, local games, and awesome people. It also had the first-ever Argentine Steam page, too.People got to experience The Outer Frame, and the reception was beyond awesome!It’s always great to be able to share a project that you spend so much time working on alone.There was also an awards ceremony.The Outer Frame was nominated for "BEST NARRATIVE" and "ORIGINAL IDEA".We walked away with the award for "BEST VIDEOGAME" and "ORIGINAL IDEA"!! It was such a surprise, we were speechless to hear the name of the game as the winner of Best Videogame 2026. Sometimes you can say you were just happy to be there, to get anything. Sometimes you just get lucky!It truly was the cherry on top of such an amazing day! A year ago when we first revealed the game, I was scolded by a fellow dev for not taking The Outer Frame to IDA 2025 (I did not know it existed yet! We did not know a lot of things back then!).
