About this game
Step into the driver’s seat of a massive semi-truck and take on the ultimate test of precision driving. Rookie to Master Driver is a skill-based parking simulator where every turn, every reverse, and every inch matters.
Start in the training yard, learning the basics of trailer control, tight turns, and S-curves. Progress through increasingly demanding challenges — from narrow warehouses and busy ports to winding countryside roads. Each level is carefully designed to push your technique to the limit, rewarding patience, accuracy, and determination.
This is not an open-world trucking game. Instead, it’s a focused journey from rookie to master, built around handcrafted scenarios that highlight the thrill and frustration of maneuvering a giant machine through spaces that barely fit.
Do you have the discipline to control twenty meters of steel, or will you jackknife under pressure? Every mistake is a lesson. Every success brings you closer to mastery.

A Driver Was Born – Dev Update
A Driver Was Born – Dev UpdateIn this update, I’ve made a major change to the core of the game: the player character and the truck are now controlled separately. In other words— you’re no longer permanently stuck in the driver’s seat, only able to drive, park, and stare out the windshield. Now, you can exit the truck, walk around freely, talk to NPCs, and accept missions. This isn’t just a new feature. It’s the first real step toward making the world feel alive. When you stand on the ground and look up at the truck, you finally feel the scale difference— the truck feels huge, and you feel small. That’s the experience I wanted from the beginning. What’s New in This UpdateYou can now get in and out of the truck freely. The environment is no longer just a backdrop.NPC interaction is now available. More characters and missions will be added in future updates.New camera option: “Truck Front Rotation Follow”Like the camera following your steering? Turn it ONPrefer a stable fixed view? Turn it OFF You can now adjust the camera style to match your driving habits. What’s Coming NextThe next few updates will focus on:Adding more NPCs with actual needs, not just background decorationsMultiple factories and ports with goods you can buy, load, transport, and deliverResource accumulation and gradual world expansionBuilding a complete gameplay loop: Accept order → Load cargo → Transport → Deliver → Earn profit → Unlock more facilitiesThis isn’t just “more levels” — it’s expanding the entire game structure.Final NotesThis update is just the first step toward a much larger vision. If you enjoy the idea of not just driving a truck, but living inside a world, the upcoming updates will move more and more in that direction. If you have NPC ideas, features you want, or systems you hope to see, feel free to leave a comment. I read every suggestion. My goal is to turn this into a truck game that can grow, evolve, and stay fun to come back to over time.Read full article on Community Announcements (monstertag)AnnouncementsOfficial
hop onto the truck cab
In a car simulation game, there’s a certain charm in having a continuous sequence: opening the car door, the character getting in, and then closing the door. I don’t know how to explain it, but it creates this feeling that makes you want to open the door again just to see it happen.I’m currently working on this feature in my game, but I know it will change the overall pacing quite a lot. Still, I’m really looking forward to seeing how it feels once it’s finished.Read full article on Community Announcements (monstertag)AnnouncementsOfficial
Finally released — I did it!!!
Hey everyone! As an indie developer running a one-person studio, I can’t express how excited I am to finally finish and release this game. It’s been a long journey — coding, modeling, designing, testing — all done by myself, and seeing it come to life feels amazing.Players have already started downloading and trying out the game, which honestly makes me super happy. If you have any feedback or suggestions, please feel free to reach out — I’d really love to hear from you! From writing the first line of code to building every 3D model, I’ve been taking one step at a time. Looking back now, the game has come such a long way since the very first prototype.By the way — every level in the game is inspired by real-life truck driving experiences. The first few stages are actually based on the exact routes from my driver training course, and the later ones feature ultra-long, oversized cargo that’s tough to maneuver.Oh, and yes — I really do have a commercial truck driver’s license! I still remember struggling to park during training, shouting in my head, “How on earth am I supposed to fit this thing in here?!” So I decided to turn that frustration into fun — by making it part of the game. Thank you all so much for giving this little indie trucking simulator a try. I hope it brings you the same joy and challenge I felt driving through real cities with a massive trailer behind me.Read full article on Community Announcements (monstertag)
