Manage your drug-dealing operation from the shadows of Shady Pines. Recruit dealers, launder money, and expand your influence as you run an illicit empire in this unique idle simulator from Fat Rooster Game Studios.

About this game

Build Your Underground Empire

Start small and rise through the criminal ranks in Shady Pines, a growing city full of opportunity. Sell product to a wide range of customers, expand your operation, and turn a small-time hustle into a city-wide empire.

Increase your influence through sales, earn street cred, and unlock new buildings, upgrades, and powerful talents as your reputation spreads.

Expand Across the City

The world map lets you develop your criminal network across Shady Pines.

Build and upgrade specialized facilities such as:

  • Production farms and labs to grow and manufacture product

  • Car washes to launder dirty cash into clean money

  • Warehouses to manage hired dealers and operations

  • Schools and City Hall to influence the city's systems

  • Police Department interactions to bribe officers and reduce pressure

Your ultimate goal: buy out the entire city.

Hire Dealers and Grow Your Network

Recruit lackeys to sell product for you while you focus on expansion.

Send them out to move product across the city and bring profits back to your operation.

If a dealer is undesirable… you may have to handle the problem.

Manage Heat and Stay Ahead of the Law

Every sale attracts attention.

A dynamic heat system increases police activity as your criminal empire grows. Hit certain thresholds and law enforcement will begin to interfere.

Bribe the police, manage your reputation, and keep your operation running smoothly.

Build Your Reputation

Sales generate street cred, allowing you to unlock upgrades, new buildings, and deeper systems within the city.

Invest your experience into a talent tree to specialize your playstyle and shape how your empire grows.

Dynamic World Systems

Shady Pines evolves over time.

  • The city population grows, increasing potential customers

  • Random events can affect daily multipliers

  • Holiday events introduce special bonuses and surprises

  • Customer foot traffic can be increased to grow your profits

The city is alive, and every decision changes how your empire develops.

Customize Your Operation

Unlock cosmetics through the in-game shop (no RMTs at this point):

  • Dealer skins

  • Hideout appearances

  • Visual upgrades for your criminal empire

Build the operation that fits your style.

Idle Progression

Even when you're not actively clicking, your operation continues to grow.

Optimize your production, expand your dealer network, and maximize profits as your empire runs in the background.

Run the streets. Manage the heat. Own the city.

    Hotfix Patch 1.0.8:

Bug fixes: • Philanthropists secondary drug type being "Any" was causing erroneous purchases, completely buying out the selected drug type for almost no reward. Problem has been resolved. • When customers defaulted to their secondary drug type for purchase, the logic for drug/coin drops fired again. The logic will only fire once now per customer sale.

    Update 1.0.7

Major Bugs: • Lackey drug multipliers were not effecting expected cash values. Drug multipliers for lackeys are now online. • Lackey expected cash logic was causing a double-scaling bug. Meaning way more money than expected. Bug has been fixed. Minor Bugs: • Lackey slider bars would not go past a value of 10, even when more than enough of that drug type was available. Issue has been resolved. • Corrected some logic/values for Shady Pines buyout. Law Enforcement will stop and heat will no longer generate. Heat will also be set to 0. • Foot traffic calculation was displaying erroneous values. Logic has been tied to customers stopping at the dealer now. Should result in more realistic values per hr. • Too many notifications were firing from running out of drug supplies. Logic has been tied to if labor force is active for that drug type. Changes/Additions: • Swapped Execute button location on Lackey rows with the Send Out/Collect button location. • Added background to Lackey portraits. • Rounded values on text from Law Enforcement raids. No more decimals. • Added QoL button to dismiss all pop-up notifications. Balances: • Weed price value will remain constant at $90 per unit (0.25). • Mushrooms price value has been increased from $90 to $110 per unit (0.25). • Meth price value has been increased from $100 to $200 per unit (0.5). • Cocaine price value will remain constant at $125 per unit (0.25). • Heroin price value has been increased from $125 to $220 per unit (0.5). • Ecstasy (pills) price value has been increased from $80 to $420 per unit (1). • The buyout price for Shady Pines has been decreased from $1,000,000,000 to $100,000,000. Value will be further adjusted when more cities are available!

    Hotfix Patch 1.0.5:

Major Bugs: • Drugs were able to become negative through the lackey system, breaking logic for the lackeys. All drugs should clamp/set to zero now, if somehow the player manages to go below 0.
