About this game
In Police Chief you build and manage your own department. Respond to calls for service, patrol the streets, and experience day-to-day police work with systems inspired by real law enforcement. Customize vehicles, uniforms, and liveries, or create your own department identity with logos and modding support.
Gameplay combines immersive patrol and response mechanics with RTS-style management. Train officers, set up your organization, and balance community trust while tackling emergencies. Multiplayer and singleplayer modes allow you to play how you want: solo, with friends, or as part of a larger community.
You can choose how to lead. Stay at the station to manage your department, assign units, and handle operations from the command perspective, or hit the streets yourself to respond to calls, assist officers, and engage with dynamic events unfolding across the city, county. highway, air or water.
The choice is entirely yours.

Heya everyone, We are excited to finally welcome you to Police Chief. This is our first official post, so thank you for being here and checking out what we are building. Police Chief puts you in charge of running an entire police department. You recruit officers, assign them to calls, manage investigations, balance limited resources, and try to keep the city safe while dealing with the pressure that comes with the job. Every choice affects how your department grows and how the city reacts. Some decisions will be tough, but that is what makes the experience interesting and meaningful. We also plan to expand Police Chief with a full Police Simulator experience, giving you the chance to hit the streets yourself. You will be able to patrol the city, respond to calls, make traffic stops, and handle all the day to day situations that come with being a police officer. We have a lot to show in the coming months. My name is Yesin, 25 years old and I am the lead developer of Police Chief. The idea for this game comes from my background in law enforcement combined with my passion for gaming. I always felt that most police games were missing something, so I decided to create the game I always wished existed. That is how Police Chief was born, a mix of deep RTS gameplay and a full simulator experience with large scale multiplayer support. I am a pretty passionate and friendly guy. I live in the Netherlands and I love riding motorcycles.
