About this game

Quattuoris 32nd. The year 780. Notoriously determined investigative journalist Frederick Emery is twenty minutes late to deliver an announcement he claims will change the entire New World, when tragedy strikes.

His own daughter, Faith, discovers his body in his bedroom, beside a suicide note and a bottle of seemingly poisoned wine... but before the aspiring photojournalist can grieve, her investigative instincts kick in - she knows her father hated the taste of wine!

Shunned by the police who insist her father's death isn’t suspicious, Faith must turn to jaded former-cop-turned-P.I. Lukas Egret to seek the truth, as the two are unwittingly dragged into a web of corruption, conspiracy, murder, and abuse of power that tracks all the way to the very heart of government, digging up decades of dark history.

Untangle a five-episode murder mystery narrative using familiar contradiction-finding gameplay inspired by staples of the genre like Ace Attorney and Danganronpa. The first two episodes, EPISODE 1 & EPISODE ZERO, are available to play now as a free demo!

Switch dynamically between characters to utilise different investigative approaches and skills.

Investigate locations to discover crucial clues and question those you come across to gather their accounts, taking care to spot and dispute anything that doesn't fit the facts!

Debate against stubborn opponents in a thrilling verbal showdown, choosing both your argument and the evidence that supports it!

Finally, produce your most Critical Report and unravel the web of lies, revealing the thread of truth that exposes the culprit!

Libertia is a young but complex nation where truth and lies have become indelibly blended together, and the facts of years prior are now buried and manipulated by those seeking to further their own agenda.

As you investigate, Faith - ever the diligent note-taker - will build a detailed dossier to help you interpret this growing world, inspired by operatic Western stylings and dark frontier mythos.
