  Wormies Patch 1.1.6 - Small Bug Fix Patch

  Hey everyone! We got a small bug fix patch today. Bug Fixes -Fixed the Wormcademy dropout achievement pity system. -Fixed alt tabbing while dragging a wormie and then picking up another wormie resulting in the first wormie to be frozen far outside the crate.

  Wormies 1.1.5 - Small QoL Patch

  Hey everyone! We got another small QoL patch today! Changes - Tweaked the dough wormie to make them more distinct from the flour wormie. - Disabled headpatting, we originally made this feature before we added the regular petting method, but left it in because we thought it was still funny. However we have seen some confusion where players thought the headpatting had to be used to clean dirty gem wormies. That combined with accidentally headpatting while trying to feed wormies made us decide to disable this feature for now. We do have plans to bring it back in Act 2 so stay tuned! Bug Fixes - Fixed cookie upgrades not fully working as intended.

  Wormies Patch 1.1.4 - Save File Fixes

  Hey everyone! Bit of a less fun patch today, during the last week we received 4 reports about broken savefiles leading to the game locking itself up. First of all we want to apologise to anyone that was affected by this and who might have lost their save files. Fixes -Corrupted save files will no longer hide all other save files and make them inaccessible. Instead they now display as “Corrupted” and can be deleted like regular save files. They also no longer stop new save files from being made. -We found scenarios where it was possible for the backup files to get corrupted, this could, in some cases, lead to your save data being wiped. This should no longer happen and backups are handled much more strictly now. While we tested this patch as much as we could, it is still a scary one to roll out as it changes how save files are handled. If you notice that your save file has corrupted or gone missing please let us know on either the steam discussion forums or preferably through our discord as it allows us to communicate faster. We also want to implement cloud saves in the near future, but for now we wanted to get this patch out as soon as possible.

  Wormies - 1.1.3 QoL Patch

  Hey everyone!We got another quality of life patch today!We also wanted to say a big thank you to all the new players that have found our silly little game these last few weeks, thank you so much for enjoying Wormies! Changes-Added a new breeding combo: you can now use milk wormies to discover the milk snake wormie-Made it clearer that you need to solve the mysterious strangers riddle before receiving new orders.-Added a hint when you need to unlock the rainbow wormie to get new orders.-Added a new option to the autoclicker, allowing you to choose between holding down to place cookies, or pressing once to start placing and pressing again to stop placing cookies.-Added an information pop up to the breeding toggle.-Added a new text pop-up below newly unlocked wormie names for combinations with more than one possible result. Like: “1/4 Results Discovered”. We have seen players struggling to get certain wormies if they were in a combo with multiple results, this should hopefully help with that. You can also toggle this off in the gameplay settings.-Added a page number count to setting screens with multiple pages. Bug Fixes-Fixed the Cap cosmetic being called Blue Cap while having more color options.-Fixed combining fruit wormies with rainbow gummy wormies not resulting in baby wormies.-Fixed rubble wormies being able to breed and turn the other wormie into rubble.-Fixed being able to breed more geode wormies by combining them with other random wormies.-Fixed Aqua/Red striped and spotted wormie names being inverted.-Fixed an issue where gem and rubble wormies could overlap on other wormies wormie info pages.-Fixed being able to softlock yourself if you didn’t claim minty’s gift before getting her next order. (If you were already affected by this issue, the wormies you would have received are now unlocked in animal wormie pack)

  Hey there! We got a small patch today to fix a couple of things, thanks for enjoying wormies! Changes -You can now put hats on eggs. -Made it easier to pick up specific wormies from big piles of wormies. Bug Fixes -Fixed an issue where you could get softlocked in the tutorial.
