Cloudy Got a Hat. And You Got Coins.

A small but meaningful update 🌤️We've been quietly working on a few things that kept coming up as we used the app ourselves. Today we're happy to share them with you.The Vision Map now guides you through. We added hints at each step of the map flow, so you always know what to do next and what's happening. Before, it could feel a little uncertain, especially the first time. Now there's a short explanation at every stage, and a quick result check at the end so you can see how it went. It's a small change, but it makes the whole experience feel calmer and more approachable. The app will now tell you which eye to cover. This one came from real use. When you start the Vision Map, Catch the Light will now suggest which eye to cover for that session. No more guessing or trying to remember. It's one less thing to think about so you can just focus on the practice itself.Cloudy has a wardrobe now.Complete your daily practices and you'll earn coins along the way. It's our small way of saying: we see you showing up. You can spend those coins on hats for Cloudy, our little cloud companion. It started as a fun idea and somehow became one of our favorite things in the app.Thank you for being here with us. Every wishlist, every message, every person who tries the demo genuinely means a lot.Olia & Alina, Hugglebit

Catch the Light is finally here ☀️

Our day has come. Catch the Light is out today ☀️After all the months of building, testing, and playing with Cloudy on our own, today Catch the Light is officially released. This project started from a very personal place, and watching it grow into something real, something you can simply download and open, still feels a little surreal to us.And today we don't just want to announce the release. We want to say thank you. When we started Catch the Light, it was a small idea between two sisters. We honestly didn't know if anyone would notice it, let alone welcome it the way you have. And then you came. People who wishlisted without knowing us. People who tried the demo and took the time to write what they felt. Doctors and vision specialists who answered our emails and shared their knowledge so generously. Fellow developers who gave advice, players who reported bugs kindly, friends and strangers who simply said "this matters, keep going." Every single one of those moments carried us further than you know. We'll say this honestly: if Catch the Light helps even one person, one person who feels a little less alone with their vision loss, who finds a few calm minutes in their day, who smiles at Cloudy in a silly hat, then all of it was worth it. Every late night, every doubt, every restart. All of it.The game is waiting for you now. Play at your own pace, on your own terms, and most importantly, in good health.Thank you for taking our little cloud into your hands so gently. With all our gratitude,Olia & Alina, Hugglebit

Steam Next Fest Demo Is Live 💛

Hi 💛Since you're here — thank you for stopping by.We're Olia and Alina. A few years ago we built Catch the Light because Olia had brain surgery and woke up with hemianopia, and we couldn't find anything that actually felt good to use every day.Maybe this app isn't something you need for yourself. But someone in your Steam feed might. Someone who just got a diagnosis, or is quietly figuring out how to navigate the world with half their vision gone.Adding Catch the Light to your Wishlist tells Steam's algorithm it's worth showing to more people. That's it. One click, and it might land in front of exactly the right person.Thank you for being here. ✨— Olia & Alina
