About this game
Step into the role of an entrepreneur and build your very own store in the heart of the Balkans!
You start with a small neighborhood shop and gradually turn it into a large retail chain. Stock the shelves, manage your inventory, serve customers, and keep an eye on your budget. Balance demand, pricing, and expenses to grow a successful business.
THIEVES
No one guarantees the safety of your store, and nothing stops it from being completely looted. Thieves are clever individuals who know how to rob your shop in the best possible way. They may come in groups or act alone in search of better loot.
A team of cleaners, stockers, cashiers, and many more will support you in developing your perfect store—and perhaps even take over the entire workload. But beware: there’s no guarantee they won’t quit at any moment if they get tired of you and your rules.

In our city, once your first store is fully developed, you can take on a second one for even greater success and profit.

Hello everyone!We have an important announcement regarding the future of Balkan Shop Simulator.After reviewing the current state of the game and thinking about where we want to take it next, we have decided to begin the biggest update the game has received so far — a complete gameplay overhaul.This will not be a small content update.We are redesigning the core experience and expanding Balkan Shop Simulator into a much deeper business simulation focused around the air-conditioning and HVAC industry.🏪 RUN YOUR OWN HVAC BUSINESSThe shop will remain an important part of the game, but the business will be completely transformed.Instead of simply managing a traditional retail store, you will be able to:• Purchase and stock different air-conditioning systems • Build and manage your own HVAC showroom • Help customers choose the correct system for their home or business • Manage inventory, tools and installation materials • Accept installation appointments • Visit customer properties • Install air conditioners yourself • Perform maintenance and cleaning • Diagnose faults and repair broken systems • Upgrade your equipment and expand your company • Build your reputation and take on larger and more difficult jobs🔧 ACTUAL INSTALLATION GAMEPLAYOne of the biggest parts of the overhaul will be the new installation system.Our goal is to make installation an actual gameplay process rather than simply pressing a button and waiting.You will have to prepare your tools and materials, choose suitable installation locations, mount indoor and outdoor units, prepare piping and drainage, make the necessary connections, vacuum the system, perform testing and make sure everything works correctly before completing the job.Incorrect or low-quality work may also have consequences later.🧰 TOOLS, MATERIALS & SERVICE JOBSYour equipment will become an important part of running the business.Different jobs will require tools and materials, and as your company grows you will be able to invest in better p...Read full article on Community Announcements (! Balkan Shop Simulator IS READY for release.Im so excited for this feature and i really want to show you that.So.. here what's new:Updated logic for the thiefs: There is a rewriten logic for the thievs to steal from the market price of the product who he stoled.Changed the logic for the deliveries: The delivery is fully rewriten from zero. Added a logic to spawn a delivery truck (SUV car) and he delivers your products immediately in front of your store.Added new Employee type: We added a new type of Employee SECURITY. He protects you from the thievs. He immediately when see the thief going and catch him and returns the products back to the shelf and you getting the money from stealen products.Implemented Multiplayer: We added multiplayer system and works like that: In the main menu you have button says: MULTIPLAYER. When he being clicked opens a menu where you choose to Create a loby for you and 3 more friends or to join in the game with code. When you click CREATE LOBBY he will generate you a code to sent to your friend to join in your game. (We planning to add list of the active servers to can join directly in the game of your friends and other players in the game. And also security i mean password for the every single lobby)Admin control panel: We added for our team admin menu where we can add money, exp, and levels to every single player in the game. Also for this we added and discord logs to can see what's going on in the game at the moment.
