Encavermen Near You – Solo Dev Update & Demo Progress
During development, I have been running tests with the NVIDIA GTX 1660, achieving a stable average performance of 52 FPS. This result is used solely as a technical reference point, as it allows evaluation and scaling of performance toward more modern graphics cards. In this way, the visual experience remains smooth and immersive, even on mid-range systems, without implying any recommendation to use this particular GPU.📈 Optimization Goal The objective is to continue improving performance in order to reach a consistent 60 FPS, delivering a more immersive and stable experience as development progresses.🎮 Progress Toward the Playable Demo The journey is not easy: as a solo developer, I must balance daily responsibilities with the progress of the project. Even so, I remain committed to releasing a playable demo soon, one that reflects the immersion and graphical detail I have been showcasing.🙏 I want to thank every person who has shown interest in the story and progress of Encavermen. Your support and enthusiasm are the energy that drives this project forward.🤝 You are warmly invited to continue joining this adventure. Every comment, every interaction, and every new follower helps Encavermen grow and move closer to becoming the experience we imagine together.Read full article on Community Announcements (lggarciav)AnnouncementsOfficial
Exploring San Fernando, Chile
At the heart of this project is the idea of reflecting the place where the story unfolds: San Fernando, Chile, with all its cultural and natural richness.Choosing the right settings has been a fascinating challenge. Each environment must be distinctive and recognizable, capturing the essence of the mountains, plateaus, and hills surrounding the city. These landscapes are not just background elements—they act as the guiding thread of the experience, immersing players in the unique atmosphere of the region and connecting them to the world we are building.Soon, you’ll be able to explore these environments in the demo, and we hope that as you wander through them, you’ll feel the same excitement we do while shaping this universe.Read full article on Community Announcements (lggarciav)
