Meet adorable and amazing alien creatures called Xenopals who need your help to set a good example. If you take good care of yourself in real life, they learn to take care of themselves in turn! It's kind of like getting out of bed to take care of your cat even though you're not feeling it, but the cat is an alien robot and it just wants you to put time into that hobby you miss.
