Embark on a perilous journey through treacherous dungeons where every roll of the dice could mean life or death. Pay your debts, outsmart Skelly, and navigate the complex underworld in Dungeon Gambler: All In, No Out.

About this game

🦴 There's no escape 🦴

You face Skeleton - the ruler of the Kingdom of Bones.
He loves to play. Especially with those who think they’re good at it.

And you will lose.
Find gold, repay the debt, and maybe… win it all back.

But the timer is ticking.

What Awaits You?

Dungeon Gambler: All In, No Out is a turn-based dungeon crawler RPG with visual novel elements and gambling madness, set in an 80s retro-fantasy world. You are not a hero. You are a debtor. You sat down with the Skeleton, the mad ruler of the Kingdom of Bones, and lost everything. Now you are trapped in his maze, and the “Exit” button is locked by the magic of debt. Alt+F4 won’t help. The only way out is to gather gold in the depths of the dungeon and settle your account.

Games, Games, GAMES!

Skelly loves games. The dungeon is full of them. Cards. Dice. Wheels. Coins. Games you've seen before, and games that should never have existed. Every wager has its own rules, tricks, and ways to win. Learn the odds, exploit the mechanics, and find the edge. Or trust your luck and watch your savings disappear.

Your Money Is Your Life

Your gold is your health, and every decision a tactical dilemma. Spend coins on survival and gear, or save them to buy back your soul. Every bet in the Skeleton’s games can bring you closer to freedom or kill you instantly.

Turn-Based Survival

Explore dark corridors inspired by PS1 classics. The world moves only when you do, giving you full control over every step. To survive the depths, you’ll need to use everything you find.
