About this game
Cats, Chaos & Co-op!
It’s your night shift, Watchers! Your Human is asleep, the mansion is waking up, and only the cats can see what’s crawling out of the Void. Team up in 2-player co-op to claw through the night, complete dangerous missions, and hold your secret night watch against the Chaos leaking from the Void.
Cozy, but Weird Mansion
Cozy by day, cursed by night. Claim the mansion room by room: unlock new spaces, upgrade furniture, change wallpapers, floors, and decor, and turn a cursed old house into a home worth defending. Push back Void corruption by night, rebuild by day, and make the place stronger for the next run.
Think Fast, Mischief Together, Grab Rewards
Dash, slap, roll, barf, and tactically poop your way through fast, messy fights where standing still is a bad idea. Boost each other’s abilities, combine combat gadgets, move heavy objects, rescue your partner, clear challenges, grab better rewards, and turn teamwork into wild fun worth repeating.
Upgrade, Unlock and Gear Up
Return home by day to spend your loot, upgrade rooms, weapons, combat gadgets, and perks, and make the mansion stronger for the next night. Unlock new furniture, floors, wallpapers, skins, accessories, and new ways to gear up your cats before diving back into the nightmare.

OverInfected Enemies, Nightmare World & One Very Suspicious Cucumber
Hey cats!🙃Some time has passed, and it's probably time to tell you how development is going. As always, it's hard to explain the long story short, because a lot is being made, some things are changing, some things are being thrown out, and some things are being added instead.Probably, the first thing worth talking about is the enemies!OverInfected enemiesWe now have OverInfected enemy variants. Just look at these beauties:These guys now die with some fun stuff - they can chase you after death or simply explode.Nightmare worldStarted working on the nightmare world. In the next articles, we'll tell you a bit more about it and about the game structure:Locations. Rooms and objectives. We polished all the rooms, played them, then polished them again, placed hazards, obstacles, and points of interest. We need to do the same 2-3 more times and they will be ready 🙃The game is changing visually, and we really like it:Cucumber.🥒Our game absolutely has to have a cucumber as one of the most unpleasant cat enemies. No doubts. It sneaks up quietly and appears suddenly. We are still working on the demo and preparing a build for upcoming closed and open testing. We'll be announcing it soon. 🙂Thank you for your attention! 😗Read full article on Community Announcements (mike)AnnouncementsOfficial
Demo Work and Combat: Smarter Enemies, New Rooms
Hey! Time to share how development's going. Time to tell you how things are! We're not dead - we've just been polishing the bathroom in the build! 🙃Look how beautiful it is!It's been a while since we posted on Steam, even though we've been constantly sharing bits and pieces over on X. So yeah, time to fix that and give you a quick update on what's up.From the big point of viewWe're working on the demo, and we've been talking a lot with different publishers. We've also put a ton of work into the combat system - chasing that exact "feeeeeeeel". Hopefully you'll like it! Enemies now move in patrols, can call in other enemies, and can get stunned so you can properly smack them when the time is right. We also experimented a bitWith locations and tried playing with multi-level layouts. Definitely something we want you to test in one of the playtests!Lot of updates and upgradesWe updated the HUD, added a bunch of points of interest to rooms, and added new rooms as well. And as usual, our cats really help us get the build done faster 🙂There's still a lot of work ahead, but we'll soon share when you can expect the demo.Thank you for your attention! 😗Read full article on Community Announcements (mike)AnnouncementsOfficial
Mansion and Meta Month: Rooms, Quests, Chaos
Hey whisker-watchers! 🐾Lately we've been pouring a lot of time into the meta layer - levels, progression, and all the "one more run" reasons. The core loop is now simple and satisfying: grab resources during runs then spend them back at base. And yes - we've built the first floor of the Mansion. Two more floors are coming (send help… and wood planks). It finally feels like a real home you're upgrading over time, not just a placeholder room, but still there are some placeholders :)We also added quests - you can now officially annoy your Human and get XP for it 😼On top of that, we introduced a rank system and scattered stashes across locations. During runs you can find all kinds of little goodies and then hang them on your Wall of Pride back at the Mansion. We've also introduced the Chaos system. The more mischief you cause, the higher your Chaos level - and it affects enemies and overall run difficulty.Right now we've switched focus to the big one: enemies and combat systems. We're working on perks, shooting, and the overall feel/readability of combat - making sure night runs become way more satisfying (and way more "cat").Happy Holidays! We decorate. Cats un-decorate.See you next update!Read full article on Community Announcements (mike)
