Obsidian Core Technologies: Freelance Miner’s Guide
Welcome, Freelancer, to Obsidian Core Technologies! As our newest hire, you’ve been dispatched to the mineral-rich planet of Planet-14416331, a volatile world brimming with natural resources. Your mission is to extract rare ores, amass a fortune, and receive some of that fortune for yourself! Dig deep (into your pockets) and upgrade your gear.
DIG
The most valuable ores are deep down.
Dig as deep as you can and extract the most valuable ores. Take them to the refinery and we will compensate you 0.035671% of the value of those ores. It is our mission to maintain fair pay for fair work.
UPGRADE
As you have brought your own drill rig, we have provided an outpost to facilitate use of your commission to further upgrade. Allowing you to reach deeper into the crust and extract ores that will be far more profitable to the company.
SURVIVE
At Obsidian Core Technologies, we prioritize your success in extracting the planet’s resources. Planet-14416331 has been meticulously surveyed to ensure optimal mining conditions. However, just in case minor inconveniences arise we’ve thoughtfully outfitted an Arms Dealer at your personal outpost. They offer a selection of tools and enhancements to safeguard your operations, ensuring you can focus on delivering valuable ores to our refineries.

Hey Everyone! We will no doubt have people finding bugs we couldn't before launch. We are a small indie studio and although we are doing our best to test things before we ship them there will undoubtably be some bugs that slip through the cracks. Please feel free to give any feedback in our community hub or on our discord. Notes- - Fixed Bommy calling invalid convocation index causing the dialogue system to brick. - Fixed Hardcore button in the menu telling you that you couldn't save when you can.
