About this game
Velo Victory is a new, realistic cycling management simulation that brings Football Manager–style depth to professional cycling. Build your legacy as a team manager by making smart decisions in scouting, transfers, facilities, contracts, staff management, and long-term planning. Every choice matters, from negotiating sponsor goals to developing future champions.
Discover your talent • Develop faster • Celebrate victory 🏆

Managing a cycling team is more than race results. It’s about planning seasons, handling personalities, balancing resources, and shaping careers. With realism tuned by heritage in cycling ratings, Velo Victory delivers the management experience cycling fans have always wanted.
Youth & Development squads – Manage not only your pro riders but also staff and young talents. Shape their growth and prepare them for the future.
Facilities management – Upgrade and maintain areas such as Merchandise, Marketing, R&D (equipment), Medical, Training, and Scouting. Each facility requires investment but strengthens your possibilities in the long run.
Deep scouting system – Discover hidden gems in the lowest tiers of cycling and face real challenges in signing the biggest prospects.
Immersive transfers & contracts – Real-time, dynamic competition with other teams for signings and detailed contract clauses make building a team more strategic than ever.
Personalities matter – Riders and staff bring ambitions and sensitivities that require the right approach from you as a manager.
Race tactics & roles – Simulations emphasize team roles and tactical choices, where your decisions before and during the stage can tip the balance between victory and defeat.
Sponsor-driven career – Your season goals are tied directly to your budget. Succeed, and your power on the market grows. Fail, and your options shrink.
Every season is a test of balance and vision. Expanding Training or Medical boosts performance, while Marketing and Merchandise unlock new revenue streams. R&D makes the newest and most advanced equipment models available, and improved Scouting uncovers the next talent. Each choice demands careful thought, but the right investments will lead your team to victory.
Sponsors are the foundation of your team. Their objectives set your budget and help steer the course of your season. You don’t just accept objectives, you negotiate them, balancing your sponsor’s ambitions with the realistic limits of your team. Outperform expectations to gain more financial possibilities, while failure will put you under pressure to make tough choices.
People make the difference. Riders and staff bring their own personalities, ambitions, and sensitivities, demanding a manager who can find the right approach at the right moment. Conflicts may arise, motivation can dip, or ambition might clash with team goals. How you handle these situations defines your quality as a cycling manager. Understanding when to push, when to support, and when to compromise is key to building harmony and long-term success. Sometimes even history comes alive: brothers reunited in the same jersey, or father and son chasing victory together.
Velo Victory puts the spotlight on what matters most in a sports sim: meaningful management decisions. From scouting hidden talents and making the right tactical decisions to handling rider personalities and navigating sponsor demands, every choice shapes the path of your team.
Wishlist Velo Victory today and be part of a new era of cycling management.

Dev Blog #4 The Value of Experienced Riders
The Value of Experienced RidersIn professional cycling, experience is difficult to measure on a stat sheet. A young rider may have fresher legs or greater physical potential, but teams still continue to rely heavily on older riders season after season. Why? Because the value of an experienced rider often goes far beyond pure physical ability. In Velo Victory, that same philosophy is reflected throughout the game. More than physical attributesAs riders age, some physical attributes may slowly decline. But that does not mean they suddenly lose their importance within a team. An experienced rider has often spent years learning how to survive stressful race situations, position himself in the peloton, manage pressure, and support teammates during decisive moments. Certain qualities become more stable with experience, while others can even continue improving late into a rider’s career. A veteran rider may no longer be the strongest climber in the team, but he might still be the one teammates trust most when the race becomes chaotic. Personality evolves throughout a careerIn Velo Victory, riders are not static personalities. Personal attributes such as: ProfessionalismAmbitionAdaptabilityConsistencyMorale SensitivityLoyaltyAttack mentalityall evolve dynamically throughout a rider’s career. Young riders are more likely to change quickly, while experienced riders generally become more stable over time. Some riders mature into reliable professionals. Others slowly lose ambition after years in the peloton. And certain personalities react strongly to the environment around them: teammates, staff members, team morale, or even the reputation level of the squad they ride for. This means that managing personalities becomes part of building a successful long-term project. Mentoring the next generationOne of the biggest ways experienced riders influence your team is through the mentoring system. Experienced riders with strong professionalism can mentor younger riders from both the m...Read full article on Community Announcements (VeloVictory)AnnouncementsOfficial

Dev Blog #3 Planning Your Race Tactics
Planning Your Race Tactics Before the peloton even rolls to the start line, the race has already begun. Inside the team bus, hours before the start, riders and staff discuss the plan that might decide the race.In Velo Victory, the same strategic thinking happens before every race. Thinking like a Directeur SportifOn race day, your role is not to control every pedal stroke. Being a manager is about handling the strategy in the stressful and exciting moments before the race begins.Whether your team is in a modern bus or a small van, you analyze rider profiles and assign specific roles and duties. You give the instructions, but once the race begins, the riders must execute them under the pressure of the race. Is your best rider really ready to take on the role of Leader? And if he struggles, is there a reliable Reserve Leader ready to take over? What about your Attackers? Do you ask them to attack all-out to catch the right breakaway? Or do you let them take the risk to wait and attack late, when your rivals are already tired? And in the final sprint, will your Sprinter follow the wheel of the Lead Out in the final meters of the stage, or will you ask him to launch early, several hundred meters before the finish? These are the kinds of decisions that define a race, while on the road an experienced Road Captain helps translate your strategy into action.Velo Victory does not aim to compete with triple-A race graphics. Instead, the focus is on building a tactical simulation where the outcome of a race is shaped by the decisions you make as a manager. Visualizing the stage profileTo help you make these decisions, the game provides a detailed stage profile visualization. By zooming in, you get a clear breakdown of slopes and road sectors. Just like real teams during the pre-race briefing, you analyze the profile and decide where your strategy should come to life. Strategy meets the raceOnce the race begins, riders follow the strategy you defined, reacting to the race situatio...Read full article on Community Announcements (VeloVictory)AnnouncementsOfficial
