In Dungeonmancer, assemble a team of four unique heroes, each with their own deck. Navigate through an ever-changing dungeon where every victory reveals more rooms and tougher foes, all while mastering strategy and RPG elements to defeat the Dungeonmancer.
About this game
Assemble your team, evolve your heroes, and obtain magical artifacts as you advance through a living dungeon in this extremely challenging tactical RPG with high replayability.
An endless corridor, covered in mist on the horizon. With each deadly battle won, a new room appears to the north, bringing with it a new and more dangerous challenge. A new group of adventurers advances, inch by inch, coveting to find a way to put a definitive end to that abomination known as Dungeonmancer.
Build Your Team
A wide variety of different classes are available. More than 60 classes, divided into 5 different archetypes, leaving the team composition with countless possibilities. Choosing 4 different classes and forming a powerful team and managing your team's progress through the dark corridors of the dungeon are tasks that require sharp strategic thinking.
Obtain Powerful Artifacts
Swords offered to entities of the abyss. Giant axes stained with ancient blood. Scrolls containing powerful ancient spells. Or even simple everyday objects. Anything can be a good item in Dungeonmancer. Try different combinations by customizing your heroes, modifying your decks, and making them more and more powerful.
After each challenge is overcome, the player will encounter the vendor. With him, the player can purchase an upgrade. The player's expenses can exceed the amount of gold available, without any problems. The vendor doesn't mind giving credit to such brave adventurers, and besides, facing the hordes that emerge from the bowels of the dungeon requires the best equipment available on the market.
Collecting Curses
Each time the player spends more gold than they have, they generate debt. After reaching a certain amount of debt, they are forced to choose a curse that will make that run more difficult. The number of curses and the difficulty of the run are directly linked to the player's economic behavior, who can freely spend more than they have, paying the price in other ways on their journey.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Over 60 different classes available to the player
Classes can be promoted, receiving more attributes and another deck
Hundreds of different pieces of equipment to increase customization possibilities
Manage gold and debt to control the difficulty of the journey
Curses can be acquired and accumulated along the way
Can you beat the Dungeonmancer?

Dungeonmancer Demo is Ready!
Well, here I am again. Last October, after spending over a year developing a demo that I wasn’t happy with, I started designing and developing Dungeonmancer. The starting point was simple, and it seems to have guided me throughout the entire process. Well, I played a lot of Balatro and Slay the Spire last year. I had this idea that I should try mixing a little RPG with some kind of oracle, something with good random potential, that would put the player in this situation of “I’m going to risk getting a better solution in exchange for the answer I already have”. I tested the idea with dominoes, dice, coins, and cards. Well, it seems there’s no oracle more powerful and capable of random interactions than a good old deck of cards. What if there were more than one deck? What if the decks were small and each party member had their own customizable deck? What if I mixed D&D with poker? At that point, Dungeonmancer was born and already had a clear path: I wouldn’t need to search for the game during development; it somehow came into full existence inside my head —I just needed to bring it into the real world. As for the music and sound effects, I went for crispier textures that are closer to analog tones, bringing a nostalgic ’80s/’90s vibe to the game. I like these tracks; they feel like songs made by the band Rush, played within the game Loop Hero. In some strange way, that was exactly what I was looking for.Anyway, I hope you can play the demo and enjoy the many character classes and items the game already offers at this point. I look forward to hearing about builds I never imagined and feedback that can help the game reach its full potential. There are over 60 classes and more than 150 items that help make each run very different from the others. Leave your feedback, and, of course: please, be polite and kind. There’s no need to be a complete jerk at any time, especially if you’re playing a free Brazilian game that just came out of the oven. I hope you enjoy the game!Read full article on Community Announcements (Cannibal Goose)
