About this game
All three Galacard games in one package! Galacard: Ackian Archives is a collection of modern ports of games from the Galacard series using the original graphics and enhanced music. The games included are:
Galacard (2024) - The basic Galacard experience
Galacard Platinum (2024) - Featuring an item shop and a new win system
Galacard Advance (2025) - Includes extra modes and different backgrounds
This series takes place in Planet Ack, which is inhabited by friendly people called Ackians. This small planet's favorite pastime is a traditional card game knows as Galacard, which they always like to teach to those who visit them. Yes, that includes YOU!.
All three games were remade almost from scratch with modern systems in mind, while still retaining most elements from the original releases. The general rules for Galacard are included in the menu.

Galacard: Ackian Archives - The 2.0 Update
Since its initial release in September 2025, Galacard: Ackian Archives hadn't really received any updates. Until now! The brand new 2.0 Update heavily enhances the game both artistically and in gameplay. The new aesthetic and sound improvements include:A brand new soundtrack loosely based on the original. More energetic, with complex arrangements, and built from scratch. The main menu also includes a jukebox to play these new tracks.New menus, with cleaner rule explanations and 3D boxes for each game. This includes a total rebranding of the series, with a cleaner artstyle and improved logo designs, which also affects the title screen and the game's artwork overall."Neo" character portraits, with a higher resolution and a hand-drawn style, still retaining many features of the original sprites. These can be changed back to the pixel portraits in the menus.Voice acting done in-house, which is used during gameplay for character reactions. It can be disabled from the menus.Among the numerous quality of life improvements affecting gameplay are:A fix for Galacard Advance's Power Card system, making it play more similarly to the other games.Hi-score boards and timers, which allow you to keep track of your best results.The ability to change the volume of the game's music or mute it completely.Translations of the main menus, including rules and controls, into Spanish and French. These enhancements turn Ackian Archives into a more valuable, accessible and customizable experience for both new and experienced players.
