In Tabletop Fantasy War, deploy your units and strategize through each turn. Every move matters as you build and lead your forces in this turn-based strategy experience from EdenDev Studio.
About this game
A turn-based strategy game inspired by classic tabletop games.
Deploy your unit groups on game boards set in the fantasy world of Korsak. Lead them to victory by capturing fortresses and engaging in strategic battles. And remember: your units are all you have. Every action is decisive.
In campaign mode, you can configure and upgrade your unit groups through a progression system based on development trees and experience to earn honors. You will play missions with various objectives and rewards. Some secondary objectives will pose a significant challenge, requiring you to progress further to complete them.
In skirmish and multiplayer modes, you can play with the various available factions on diverse game boards against computer-controlled or online opponents. Capture fortresses to obtain upgrades. Use the terrain to improve your groups' stats and, above all, use strategy to keep your units safe.
Combat between unit groups is based on direct attacks and counterattacks, occurring at range or in melee. You must design your groups for each situation and use the formation system to improve your hit chance or decrease that of your opponent. The mechanics are simple. The most important factor is how and where you position your units before engaging in combat.

Tabletop Fantasy War is Out Now!
Tabletop Fantasy War is Out!Will you unravel the mystery of Korsak's campaign?I cannot describe my feelings at the time I am writting this. It has been a long journey. A journey with ups and downs. But the time has finally come. And you all made it possible. The game is finally out! It would not have been possible without the support from all of you. Thank you! Thank you for just being there. For supporting me with just a thumbs up. With a simple "Looks beatiful" comment. Because that is what developers need to hear sometimes to keep working hard. To keep motivated. And you made it possible for me. Thank you all!Now... are you ready?Grab a drink, relax and enjoy the medieval music while you conquer Forts, defeat units, engage against wild fantasy creatures and bring down structures! Or... maybe get in a call with your friends and enjoy playing against each other! One way or another, I hope you enjoy the experience. Tabletop Fantasy War is releasing on March 6th!
The game is out in just a few days!Have you already played the demo? Give it a try! The demo will remain available even after launch.First of all, THANK YOU ALL!The project started far away from being a commercial game and half-way turned towards a fully commercial project that has gotten more attention that I have anticipated. Thank you all for your support. For playing the game. For the feedback and suggestions. For everything. Developing a game is a long and exhausting task. However, any support during the process turns on that light spot sitting next to your table and encourage you to continue working hard to deliver something engaging, something fun. Something that you all will enjoy. I am happy with what I have achieved with Tabletop Fantasy War. I just hope you enjoy playing it.What to expect?Do you want to buy the game? Then, keep reading. I'll try to give an accurate overview of what to expect. First, you can try out the demo. Get a taste of the game and check whether it is a game for you or not. The game has a single player campaign which might last up to 6 hours if you want to complete everything. It honestly depends on how long it takes you to master the game. First run might take you up to 4 hours to complete the whole campaign and whenever you master the game, it might get down to 2 hours (that is my score!). Cannot talk about speedruning (you never know how much my game can be broken by them!). The campaign has several missions that are meant to be replayed to complete all objectives and get all the rewards and Steam achievements. The more you progress, the more skills/upgrades you unlock for your groups and the more units you have available. Hence, difficult objectives at the beginning, become more tangible by the end. If you are more of a multiplayer gamer. There is a multiplayer skirmish modality where you can configure different unit groups per each faction (both Aarbar and Corx are available) and play against computer-controlled players or online...Read full article on Community Announcements (edendevstudio)AnnouncementsOfficial
