Kami Quest is a whimsical 3D platformer inspired by the golden age of video games. Dev Log #4 l Game, Team, Kickstarter updates... and more!
Howdy neighbors!We were going to write up everything we've been working on, but figured it'd be more fun to put together a Dev Log video showing off the progress we've made over the past couple of months :)Kickstarter Backer rewards are almost finished! it's been a blast bringing everything to life, especially the comic book. We had such a good time with it that we can definitely see more comics in our future. (Backers: if you have a custom NPC or Room reward and haven't filled out your form yet, check your email or send us a message and we'll get you sorted.)One idea we've been kicking around is collaborating with fellow indie devs on minigames. We'd feature a small minigame inside Kami Quest, and in return we'd add posters, arcade machines, or other environmental details promoting your game or studio within the world. We think it could be a fun way to support other indie creators while making the Imagynasium feel even more alive.
