Delve into LazyLegions, an indie RPG where idle gameplay meets casual fun. Battle five classes and craft loot ranging from Common to Mythic right alongside your daily activities.
About this game
Leave it running while you slack off — glance back and your squad has ascended into gods. A desktop idle loot-grinder RPG, now even better with friends. Leave it running and come back to a battlefield buried in loot and a build that just keeps getting nastier.
Auto-battle. Endless loot. Your squad fights, clears, and farms gear on its own along the bottom of your screen. You just work, scroll, or zone out — loot rains down, and you come back to a battlefield buried in spoils.
Grind from Common to Mythic. Common → Rare → Epic → Legendary → Mythic. The higher the rarity, the brighter the signature stats — and the harder it is to stop. There's always something nastier dangling one more run away.
★ NEW: Idle together, online. Drop into a shared lounge with up to 8 players. Farm side by side, watch each other's squads grow, and never grind alone again.
★ NEW: Chat with friends while you grind. Open the chat box to swap builds, brag about drops, or just hang out — all without ever leaving the game.
★ NEW: Roll the dice for loot. When rare gear drops in co-op, everyone rolls — highest roll takes the spoils. The more players in the room, the rarer the loot on the table. May the dice be ever in your favor.
Stack your ultimate build. Enhance, salvage, and sacrifice to ascend — melt a floor of junk drops into fuel for your core gear. Some weapons even teach your heroes their signature skills. No "correct" answer, just builds that get more absurd the more you grind.
5 classes, one-click power. Archer, Swordsman, Spearman, Healer, Spellcaster — mix and match your party. Auto-pickup and one-click upgrades to stronger gear mean no micromanaging — just leave it running and win.
Your desktop is the battlefield. Transparent, always-on-top, and never in the way of real work. Slack off on one side of the screen while your legions climb from weaklings to gods on the other.

2.1.6 Update — Smoother UI, Faster Music Switching, and Stability Improvements
Lazy Legions 2.1.6 Update This update focuses on smoother moment-to-moment play, safer long sessions, and more intentional equipment progression. Performance and memory improvements Reworked idle UI updates, recommendation checks, wave progress, off-screen indicators, and several overlay systems to react to real state changes instead of repeatedly polling in the background. Large backdrops, localization tables, and optional world resources are now kept resident only when they are actually needed. Music changes now load in the background. The current track keeps playing while the next track is prepared, and the decoded-music cache stays within a fixed budget. Equipment progression and combining Random drops and bosses now focus more on useful Common and Rare crafting bases. Epic, Legendary, and Mythic equipment are now primarily earned through combining, giving spare equipment a clearer long-term purpose. Improved the combining sequence with clearer progress, steadier reel stops, and less UI churn during the reveal. Stability fixes Hardened scene changes, menus, overlays, jackpot/combo feedback, Prestige tracking, and desktop-pet transitions against callbacks that outlive removed objects. Improved shutdown cleanup for music, telemetry, Steam-related services, pools, and cross-frame callbacks. Strengthened profile, equipment, and release validation so incomplete or unsafe state cannot overwrite authoritative progress. Please restart Steam to make sure the update is downloaded. If you encounter an issue, include the full 2.1.6 build version shown in game when sending feedback.Read full article on Community Announcements (sgj19971211)Patch NotesOfficial
2.1.5 Update — Smarter Critical Builds, Faster Equipment, and Desktop Polish
Lazy Legions 2.1.5 Update Version 2.1.5 sharpens late-game critical builds, makes equipment automation much faster, and improves the transparent desktop experience. Critical builds beyond 100% Critical Rate now scales normally up to a clear 100% cap. Every 1% Critical Rate above the cap converts into 1% Critical Damage, so excess Critical Rate remains valuable. The hero stats panel now shows effective Critical Rate, raw Critical Rate, overflow, and converted Critical Damage in a detailed tooltip. Faster, clearer equipment automation One-click auto-equip now compares equipment attribute value directly and chooses upgrades based on total gain. Large inventories are scanned with lightweight equipment summaries, greatly reducing planning time and temporary memory use. Auto-combine and auto-dismantle continue to protect locked and equipped items, with clearer reasons when an item is kept. Desktop and interface polish Improved native mouse click-through compatibility in both the main menu and the game window. Combat highlight moments now start disabled; they can still be enabled in Settings. The lounge chat bar now appears only after joining a room, keeping solo play uncluttered. Removed the old Clear UI setting and simplified desktop-pet visibility behavior. Performance and stability Reduced always-on weather and background presentation overhead for smoother long sessions. Improved runtime cleanup, save compatibility checks, and long-session stability across combat, co-op, and equipment workflows. If you encounter a problem after updating, please include the full build version shown in game: 2.1.5+build.367.g36af6c904Read full article on Community Announcements (sgj19971211)Patch NotesOfficial
2.1.3 Update — Holy Angel, Mountainbreaker Throw, and Expanded Nightmare Builds
Lazy Legions 2.1.3 Update Version 2.1.3 brings a major combat presentation pass, new signature skills, more Nightmare build combinations, safer equipment management, and a broad round of desktop-mode and stability improvements. New signature combat moments The Healer can now enter Holy Angel State, hovering above the battlefield with radiant wings, a ground sigil, charge rings, faster skill cycles, and a new feather-ray attack that damages enemies while healing allies. The Spearman gains Mountainbreaker Throw: rush a nearby enemy, carry it through the air, and drive it headfirst into the formation. The impact stuns the target and launches nearby enemies; bosses trigger a special vaulting slam instead. Signature skills across all five classes now receive clearer anticipation, impact timing, hit reactions, and short highlight moments without interrupting the flow of auto-battle. Skill animation timing, effects, sound cues, and target selection have been refined across the Swordsman, Archer, Healer, Spearman, and Yin-Yang Master. Expanded Nightmare builds Added new run items built around critical weakness, elite bounties, recovery afterglow, movement charges, and stationary charges. More items now form explicit synergies with existing run items, opening additional team-wide build paths. Improved the Nightmare item shop, lock/save interactions, long-text layout, layered backdrop, and run-item effect feedback. Rune effects and synergy descriptions are now localized across all supported interface languages. Equipment, rewards, and progression Reworked one-click auto-equip to compare final combat value more safely while respecting class needs, set resonance, locked items, and existing loadouts. Strengthened equipment UID recovery and hero loadout persistence so incomplete restores cannot overwrite valid saved equipment. Jackpot rewards now scale more consistently with wave, act, and Nightmare tier progression. Improved inventory, barracks, market, smithy, warehouse, traini...Read full article on Community Announcements (sgj19971211)AnnouncementsOfficial

Lazy Legions 2.0.8 Update Version 2.0.8 is now live.
