About this game
About the game:
Embark on this low-poly, space-themed FPS where your options are to either kill everyone (without failing) or escape (depending on the game mode).
Single-player mode: Choose a map and kill all the enemies. You have one bullet per enemy +1 extra. Headshots are lethal, but body shots require two bullets. Don’t miss.
Multiplayer mode: Invite your friends, choose a map, and set the escape mode in case things go wrong. Together you have just enough bullets to eliminate all enemies. The objective is to take the ship or escape in an escape pod. Find the key and decide what to do—together or separately. Good luck, let’s see who messes up first. And yes, friendly fire is on.
Enemies react to:
Gunshots
Noises from thrown objects
Discovering corpses along the way
You killing the teammate they were talking to
Multiplayer games require a minimum of 2 players and that you invite or are invited through Steam. There are no matches with strangers.
About development and notes:
This is a game made by a solo dev, using assets from Synty Studios. It’s been tested as much as possible, but you might still find bugs. If so, report them.

HiIt’s been a year (a little more) since we launched No Friends Space. The premise seemed interesting enough to us to be one of those cheap games that go viral. You know, those silly, unknown games where you see your favorite streamer messing around with their friends and you crack up.It hasn’t been. It’s a pretty basic game, a simple mechanic and, well, it can give you a few laughs but the price (hard to estimate) probably won’t convince most people. But we want to share it because you’re going to have a laugh, even if it’s just saying “dude, this is so janky.”So before the end of the year you’ll be able to get it for free, at any time. That said, I have to say two important things.Thank you to everyone who decided to buy it, whether at its original price or on sale. That support has given us a good dose of morale, which is practically what 90% of indie studios live on. We encourage you to leave a comment if there’s something you’d be excited to see added to the game, for everyone who has bought it (right now we were thinking of a simple thank-you plaque, but if you want some kind of “skin” or “outfit” for the character or weapon, we’re open to suggestions). We’ll upload a minor content patch to include that special extra for anyone who owns it before it becomes free. We want to make it clear, in a world of AI and malware sneaking into free games, that the content remains completely safe. Multiplayer matches are only with your Steam friends, with no possibility of some random joining your game. And that’s it. I hope you give it a try when it’s free and leave your comments.Read full article on Community Announcements (Scalions Studios)Patch NotesOfficial
Minnor required update
Hey there, Due to a vulnerability in Unity, we’re releasing this update to fix the issue. First of all, no need to panic. The problem was that if your computer was already infected and you were playing multiplayer games or on a local network, some malicious software could gain extra privileges to attack your system. Luckily, there aren’t that many of you playing (at the time of writing this), and our game was designed to be played with friends, so unless your buddy’s a bit of a jerk, you weren’t really at risk. Still, it never hurts to follow basic security advice. Keep enjoying your raids, now a bit more secure!Read full article on Community Announcements (Scalions Studios)AnnouncementsOfficial
Well, that’s it, now time to promote.
Hi there! Most likely almost no one knows us, we’re a small team of 2 people, with no funding, no Kickstarter campaign, no publisher or editor behind us, and no time to attend 200 fairs and events or manage 5 social networks posting every day. Could we do it? Probably, but then a project that would take a few months would turn into a years-long project. With all that said, you probably get an idea of who we are. Just to add: we’re not a professional studio, meaning we don’t dedicate all our time to development. We do this in our free time. That makes small projects like this one, which could easily be done in a couple of months, turn into something that’s taken 6. That’s also why we don’t go to fairs or run social media. Also, this particular project has been done solo, by a programmer, which means… it might look to some of you as ugly as sin. Sorry, I really tried, but designing interfaces, environments, and that kind of stuff just isn’t my thing. Add to that the fact that I used assets I already had lying around, so I had to adapt what I had to make everything kind of fit together. That said, if you like how it turned out, awesome :D.Weren’t you going to talk about the game?Getting to it, but I thought some context and an introduction were important.Truth is, I like the result, it’s the kind of game that really gets to you, and when you realize it, the 15 minutes you were going to play with a friend turn into a “dude, should we stop? It’s been 2 hours.”It’s simple, you have one magazine, kill everything on the ship.As a single-player game it’s a bit bland, though challenging due to the don’t miss a single shot premise, since there are no extra bullets. The game is very punishing, so much so that 2 missed shots = you’ve lost. For multiplayer, with 2 to 4 player games, you’ll feel the pressure of “shit, I missed” or “crap, this is doomed because someone missed,” so cooperation can quickly turn into every-man-for-himself because no one wants to die.Is that it?Yes, simple...Read full article on Community Announcements (Scalions Studios)
