About this game
TowerLine is a factory automation game about building production lines to create towers. Extract resources, process materials, craft parts, and deliver finished towers to complete orders and grow your factory.
Start with raw resources and turn them into different tower parts. Plan efficient layouts to keep everything flowing.
Discover elemental sources on the map and infuse your parts with fire, lightning, and more.
Move everything with belts, junctions, and balancers. Split, merge, and organize your lines to keep production smooth.
Accept procedurally generated orders with different requirements and rewards. Deliver the requested towers to earn money, unlock new machines, and upgrades.
There are no time limits. Optimize, experiment, and design at your own pace.

Update - v1.4.0 - Simulation Rework!
Update 1.4.0 is out. Here's a quick summary if you're not on Discord or following the changelog in game. Simulation reworkMachines, belts, and junctions now share a single timing model, the whole factory runs in stepJunctions pass items straight through at belt speed; machines no longer let queues pile up in front of themSpeeds are now defined and shown in items per second instead of tick multipliers, so they stay consistent regardless of simulation rate and are easy to calculateDirect machine-to-machine transfers (e.g. chained extractors into storage) are capped at current belt speedMap Section RefreshReroll your map: after you've held 100 research points at any point, zoom out and switch to refresh mode to reroll an owned section's resources for a fee. Bad spawn? Second chance.Factory tools & signalsExtractor throughput: hover an extractor to highlight its entire pass-over chain and see measured throughput over the last 5 seconds versus the configured max (items/s)Item Signal emitter: type an item code to emit a constant item wire signal, with a live preview as you type, especially handy for upgrade requirementsOrder details now have a button to copy the item code to the clipboardEndless upgradesSpeed upgrades and the money multiplier can now be bought past their previous max (+0.5 items/s and +0.5× money per buy, with rising gold and item costs)Fixes & polishBarrel Assembly Infuser no longer locks up when a shorter assembly arrives while color is waiting on an unused inputResearch purchases staying in sync after load (tree, badge, and Wire Layer unlock)Filter Splitter rotated visuals no longer show misleading indicatorsThanks for the reports, keep building!Read full article on Community Announcements (redjohn)Patch NotesOfficial
Update Roundup - v0.0.1 to v1.3.0
A lot has landed since launch. I wanted to make a quick summary announcement if you are not on Discord or following the changelog in game. Share your factories (and your saves)Blueprint codes: export a blueprint as a text code, share it, and import in the blueprints menu. We also have a Discord bot now: drop your blueprint code there and it draws it for everyone to see what spaghetti you builtSave codes: same idea for save games, can be exported and imported via the Load Game menu Faster loads, smaller savesSaves now use a compressed format: quicker loads and less Steam Cloud spaceLoad times have been drastically improved, especially for larger factories. The Statistics menu stays smooth late-game, even with thousands of delivered item typesSignal layer & factory toolsSignal Selector: merge multiple wire inputs into one output (empty/false skipped; newest value wins)Machines placed next to an open belt auto-attach, with a clearer placement previewExtractors show an icon for the material they pullHUD buttons have hover tooltips for machine and category names Accessibility & UIFull UI redesign with a cleaner, non-angled layoutTower detail views use color icons for each tower part: clearer for everyone, including color-blind playersResearch tree can be navigated with WASD (great for trackpads)Tutorials for signal/wire devices show up in the help menu once you unlock themVarious UI improvements Fixes & polishProgression softlocks where unlocks stalled or were skipped: existing saves self-heal on loadCloud saves could overwrite newer progress when playing on multiple devices: fixedResearch progress no longer lost after quit/reloadVarious bug fixes across belts, wires, extractors, infusers, tunnels, upgrades, and simulation timing Thanks for the bug reports.
