About this game

Greetings Witches!After 3 years of development, and over a year of updates,I’m proud to announce the final Curse of Woney Update!Barring any bug fixes, this game will be consideredcomplete and receive no more updates! Worry not, asthis update comes with some final bells and whistlesto make it worth while as well as tweaks to everysingle spell, enemy, and state in the game (again).Let’s dive into it!Gameplay/Balance Changes\Tarots: Major Arcana & Minor ArcanaA brand new mechanic introduced to add variety and strategyto each run!Upon starting a run, Woney will draw 3 random Major Arcana,each with their own effects to help guide you on your escape.•Minor Arcana: Drawing minor arcana grants Woney the option tochoose 3 random skills, same as he was able to before, but nowwith the minor caveat of occasionally being influenced by MajorArcana.•\ All of Woney's skills have had theirdamage formulas changed and tweaked (Again...)!•\ All enemies have had their HP and Defensive statsadjusted to match Woney's new damage outputs (again), making thosemoments where Woney does insane damage feel more rewardingrather than trivializing the enemies in the game.• Woney gains even more stats per level!• Skill Mastery no longer increases damage scaling per level.Lots of Script/Coding UpdatesI won't bore anyone with the details, but a lot of this games internal workings have been improved with scripts! Howdy!The dust has finally settled since the games Steam release, and I’ve found time to make some much needed changes addressing the games difficulty curve, as well as some minor bug fixes and minor fixes.Most importantly, the game boasts new damage formulas across the board that reward the player for building efficiently and keeping up in levels. Enemies also ramp up in defensive stats in order to “check” the players stats more often.There have also been a few minor bug fixes such as proper skill descriptions and typos.
